Coconuts Poolside #115

We recently stayed at this unit and overall had a good experience. The location is truly the highlight — just steps from both the beach and the pool, which made everything incredibly convenient and relaxing.The condo itself was clean and stocked with the basics, which we appreciated. That said, it felt very minimal. There weren’t any extras like games, books, or added touches that make a stay feel especially welcoming. The décor was simple and somewhat sparse.A few practical things to note: the bathroom vanity appeared to be rotted underneath, the closet did not have skirt hangers, and there was no full-length mirror, which would have been helpful. The beach towels provided were quite thin and small — we were glad we brought our own.Overall, a solid stay for the location alone, but with a few updates and some added amenities, it could feel much more comfortable and complete.

The photos looked liked we were within the pool space. We were fine being just outside that space. It was clean and well appointed. The bedding was comfy. Great location… close to the beach.

Our stay at this property on Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home — every request we made was handled quickly and efficiently, which made the experience even more enjoyable.The property itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and just a few steps away from the beach. Waking up and being able to walk straight onto the soft sand in seconds was truly magical. We stayed for 4 nights and everything was perfect! The location could not have been any better! There are plenty of places near by to get take away and a Publix less than 10 minutes away. Everything is close and the free trolly on the island definitely helps when you’re looking to entertain a small child with an adventure while the adults check out the island and visit shops or other beach locations.

#115 Location- perfect for us. Beach steps away, 3 benches if you don’t want to carry chairs for sunset watching, pool just out of our back screened porch. Pretty plumeria tree and bird of paradise. We had the pool to ourselves often, which was amazing. No one took our parking space. The laundry facility was a BIG help-$3 per load and it runs on an app. Disney+ was included, so enjoyed a couple of shows on that platform. The bed was comfy, plenty of hangers, an iron, a blow dryer. The interior looked like the pictures. The metal chairs at the bar and inside dining table are uncomfortable and only fit very thin people. All in all, we had a great stay!

On the beach ….was the best part..not beachfront views but a few steps to the beach.Condo was super clean with minimal furnishings… super comfortable king bed…restaurants close by. Bring coffee and coffee filters… good communication too.

The property was perfectly listed on the website. It’s right on a great part of the beach that’s not too crowded and the condo itself was very well maintained. We did have some issues with parking (designated spot was taken multiple times in our 4 day stay) but everything else was very pleasant.

This place was super clean. Enjoyed the patio albeit the random BBQ folks outside on the patio and not the invite—lol. The beach is a stone’s throw. The pool was great.

Property very clean! Communication via email and text was exceptional and efficient. The bed was very comfortable, I slept great. I will be back in the future, I loved it! With the lovely beach, a rug at the patio door and the main entry door would be nice. As a side note on a remodel, replace the vanity in bathroom, they are not that expensive. The blinds in the bedroom need to be fixed so they can be closed, the rod is there to turn to open and close them, but it's not attached (a piece is missing) and the windowsill should be cleaned. I love to paint; it gives an interior a fresh new look. Whoever did the painting needs a lesson on how to either properly tape or just remove the outlet, light switch and vent covers; fill in the holes from previous curtain rods, a quick sanding and then paint.

Access to the beach is steps away from the unit. The Sunsets are breathtaking. The white sandy beach is like walking on clouds. We loved the experience while staying here. The heated pool is a nice touch. The other guests were welcoming at this family friendly facility. It is an older condo unit that has been refurbed with new flooring, fresh paint and creature comforts. It had everything we needed to prepare meals, hot coffee in the morning and adult beverages in the evening. (Bring your own shaker). It was clean and comfortable. We walked to nearby restaurants and bars. There is a free shuttle, but we chose to walk and enjoy the beautiful weather.
Every day was Sunny with upper 70 and mid 80 degree temps. Publix delivered groceries right to our door so we didn't have to spend time shopping. Instead, we went to the beach. Yes, we would stay there again. AMI is the place to be. Enjoy your stay.
