This property was a perfect getaway for me and my husband. It was clean and well-stocked and a 30 second walk to the beach. The hosts were in constant contact to make sure we were enjoying the property. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great condo to rent with direct access to pool from back porch. Just steps from the beach with easy access via 2 small walking paths to the beach. Foot rinse stations when you first get onto the property from beach and next to condo unit. Condo was clean and updated within the past year and kitchen was perfect for what we needed. We did not cook but perfect for cocktail making and packing up lunches for the beach. They did have pots, pans, kitchen knives, and other kitchen supplies to cook with. TVs were easy to connect to our streaming TV services. Close to Ginnys - great breakfast place and other restaurants (we had a car). Appreciated the designated parking spot right next to the sidewalk leading up to the condo. Host was super responsive - within minutes would text back (user error on trying to figure out how to lock digital lock). Enjoyed going for beach walks first thing in the morning with our ice coffees we made at the condo and hanging out on the beach at sunset. Would definitely stay again! Bedroom a little more stuffy than the rest of the house. Living and kitchen area got super cool but front part of condo where bedroom located was warmer. Good fan in the bedroom though! Would not deter me from staying again. We only had 2 people staying - living area is only a couch, if more people, in need of more furniture to relax on.

Coconuts was a beautifully kept property. Our unit was newly renovated and steps from the beach. Pool was clean and usually empty, very well kept. I understand the need for the door alarm given the proximity to the pool but the outside switch would never shut it off if you entered that way. My only complaints would be that the bedroom was very hot and the AC couldn’t keep up. There was a drastic difference in temperature between the living room and bedroom. We also ended up having a mouse in our unit that got in our bed during the night, scaring us to death. We were awake all night! The red light on the outside was a bit much for my son sleeping in the living room.

This is a great little spot to get away. A little pricey but worth the money to keep any rift out. I didn’t mind it especially because it’s the island and they need all the support.

The apartment was adorable and just steps away from the beach. It faced pool, which was comfortable, clean and well maintained. It was centrally located on the island, so mid way between 2 town areas where restaurants & shops were located. We rented a golf cart, which was fun and made traveling to those areas easier. We had a great stay and look forward to going back.

Direct access to beach just steps from the front/back door. Pool was clean and just steps from back door. 2 outdoor showers to rinse off the sand. Very clean room, the kitchen was stocked with anything you works need to cook. Plenty of towels for the bathroom and beach/pool towels. We would definitely stay again!

The place looks newly renovated and clean - really cute condo. The location is perfect, next to the pool, beach, shopping and dining. The management team is great - professional, excellent communication, and very helpful. The condo sleeps 4 - however, only 1 bed/bedroom the other is a pull-out sofa which wasn't the most comfortable. We ended up purchasing a blow up mattress to add to the pull-out sofa which was helpful and more comfortable for our son. Also, there is no washer/dryer - so if you are staying for an extended time and need to clean workout clothes or beach/bath towels - you will have to make a trip to the local laundromat. Good news is the local laundromat was clean and the staff there was super helpful (I made 2 trips during our stay) - but I would have loved to have a washer/dryer in the condo. Overall a great condo and would highly recommend it for a party of 2.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, and we loved being able to walk right out to the pool from our patio. The pool was right outside our door and the beach was just a few feet away. Truly can’t beat the location!!! The apartment had everything you need and communication was easy via text for anything we needed such as towels. I will definitely come back and stay there again

This condo is in a great location. Right by the beach and there’s a pool right outside the Condo. The only ding is the coffee maker in the Condo seems like it has not been cleaned in a while. Sand all over it. Other than that, everything was great. Would totally be back.

We had 4 people so the couch was a tight squeeze in the evening. Overall great stay, would rebook in the future.

This was such a great location! We could, and did, walk everywhere. Our unit was next to the pool so we could hear some activity outside. The unit needs a bit of TLC, but worked well for us.

This was a perfect late September getaway for my husband & I. We had perfect weather, the beaches and restaurants were not crowded or busy all week long. The water was warm and location perfect. The condo was perfect for our needs. The pool was right outside our sliding glass doors and the beach just steps away. Couldn't be more perfect.

Perfect size and location for a stress free vacation. We ate most meals on our patio. We didn't have to pack a cooler because we were walking distace to our room. Beach was never crowded. Very peaceful area. Loved everything.

Location of property was perfect for us. Close to restaurants and activities yet quiet enough and away from busy streets. We are lifers! We have stayed in different units at the Coconuts Resort for years and always have a fantastic job. This unit was great because we had the best of both worlds... Beach for a bit in the morning, pool for an afternoon cocktail and sunset at one of the tiki tables! Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We love this place and would definitely recommend to everyone!

The experience was really nice. The island is so beautiful to explore and walk by the beach. The room is steps to the beach and you can hear it at night. It was a wonderful stay, the residents were friendly in the island and we really enjoyed it all! :)
