Coconuts Beachfront #107

Our first visit to Anna Maria! Everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as described. Bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs were supplied. The pool was a comfortable temperature. We will definitely be returning!

Great gulf views

My family of four (kids age 5 and 7) stayed here for Labor Day weekend. It was our first time to Anna Maria Island. While the condo was on the smaller side, it was certainly plenty for a long weekend. We have 2 travel kids air mattresses that fit on each side of the bed in the master bedroom, so the bedroom is a good size. The views were just amazing. You can see the gulf from the kitchen / living room. It really is as close as it is pictured. And the sunsets were beautiful. There were 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and some pool floats available for use in the condo. Coconuts (the complex) is a little bit "old Florida" style, but really, a lot of Anna Maria Island is that way. The complex was nice and quiet. The pool was great. AMI Locals was a great company to work with. Very responsive over text. I would definitely rent this condo again, as well as work with AMI Locals.

Spectacular Views!!!!
Such a beautiful condo. It's part of a small group of buildings called The Coconuts. It is modern, updated, spacious and clean. The back patio faces the beach where you are only steps away from the gulf. Can't wait to come back!!!

Exactly what we were looking for! The rental was absolutely gorgeous and just as pictured and advertised. Nice view of the gulf. Everything needed included. The location couldn’t have been better. Steps to the beach and it was very quiet and private. Plenty of lounge chairs and outside seating. Nice pool just outside our room. Perfect sunset location. Everything we wanted from our vacation and the island was amazing. Definitely look forward to coming back. Thanks so much!

Beachfront perfection
Everything we hoped for was here. Clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Beds were luxurious and just right. AMI Locals took excellent care of us and were in contact to make sure everything was OK. Thank you for a great week.

This was a great find for our vacation. The room was very clean, comfortable and at the beach! It was perfect for me and my husband. When we weren't enjoying the beach, we loved hanging out by the pool. We couldn't have asked for more.
