Welcome to Coconut Cottage #3, an inviting ground-level condo just a minute’s walk from the beach! With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this vacation rental sleeps up to six guests. The bright and airy living area gives you and your guests a great place to relax, watch tv, and connect over effortless conversations. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet space for all your meal and snack essentials. There is a kitchen table for quick meals and an outdoor table for you and your guests to enjoy the island breeze as you dig into your inspired-island meals or Anna Maria Island take-out.

The primary bedroom offers a calming atmosphere perfect for catching up on much-needed sleep. The primary ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and plenty of space for all your necessities. The second bedroom is perfect for younger guests and has a tv for midday entertainment. There is a hallway bathroom, which has a shower and tub combination. Additionally, the living area has a sofa to ensure all guests are comfortable.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
