Coastal Queen

This is my second stay with Ami accommodations and both times they have been responsive and helpful with any situation. In this home our door would not lock and one of the bathroom showers was not draining, and they had someone out within an hour or two to take care of it. 😊

Wonderful location with easy access to the beach. Easy check-in and communication with the owners. The house with three en-suite bedrooms was perfect for our family and my grandchildren loved the bunkbeds. The pool and spa were clean and the temperature was perfect in a nicely landscaped backyard providing privacy and shade. We have stayed in many properties on AMI and this was one of our favorites.

The beach town vibe and just to be able to walk from the property to Bean Point Beach is priceless! The house was very comfortable and well decorated with that modern beach feel. It was a perfectly appointed home, very clean, amazing private pool and hot tub. It was even closer to the beach than advertised. It said a 3 minute walk to the beach but it was really only about 90 seconds! Loved the area and everything about the island. Cant wait to come back.

House is great for adults with all king beds and 1 room with twin beds for kids. Lower floor has 1 king near the twin room for parents or grands who need to be near the kids-- or don' t want so many stairs. Plenty of bathrooms to go around, as well! Clean house and close to the beach. They have a beautiful pool with tropical vegetation. Makes you feel secluded. Outdooor gas grill and 2 tables with seating for eating and then other lounge areas. Well-appointed kitchen has Keurig and regular coffee pot. Would ask for additional kitchen towels as we only had 1 towel and 1 wash rag. They do provide a nice kitchen starter kit with full-size sponge and a few wipes and 2 D/W pods. AC was good and powerful ceiling fans in all rooms. Very comfortable. Thank you for offering your lovely home! Also, AMI Locals, the management, was very helpful for any questions we had along the way!! We enjoyed a wonderful vacation May 2024.

Great location at a beautiful house. Just steps away from the beach. Lots of beach chairs too. Pool security doors did not work properly, as the alarm went off even when you pushed the button but we just laughed about it after a while. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was perfect for our family of 9. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. That was a bonus. Great location with only a short walk of 5 min to the beach. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the roof top of you can’t make it to the beach. Water was crystal clear and calm enough to lay on a float in the ocean. Perks of the West Coast!!!! We are from the East, very choppy and rough. Only suggestion we have would be some lighting in the pool area.With the pool not having a light in it. It can get pretty dark at night. Maybe some beam light on the house corners pointing down on pool, or string lights hung over the pool would be really pretty. Overall very pleased with our rental, we are already planning our next trip to Anna Maria next year.

Prefer a house where main floor is ground level, but knew that when booked. Cleaning people forgot the beer bottles, etc. on top deck, main light switches full of dirty prints, and oven very dirty. Pool area alarm was a minor pain. The rest of the house was good. The 4 * on the rating was mainly because we had no propane for our steak and shrimp on the last night. We had only used grill one other night, briefly. Disappointing to have to fry them in the house. We were advised to go purchase a new tank and they would reimburse us, but at 7:00, and 30 minutes to where we could locate one, we said no. Overall, we had a good stay at this property. Not our favorite vrbo, but definitely not a bad one either.

The location is wonderful. Close to Bean Point Beach which feels incredibly private, especially in January. Then the walk to Pine St. was easy too. The house is well-maintained, smells clean and worked perfectly for our big family.

We really enjoyed our visit to Coastal Queen! The roof top deck is a great place to have a glass of wine before dinner and watch the sunset over the Gulf. The bedrooms were good size with comfy beds, closets with hangers and all had a television. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms plus lots of beach towels and chairs. The house was very comfortable for six adults. The washer and dryer helped a lot too.

Renting this place was a bit of a Christmas splurge, however, my family and friends were totally complementary the entire time. The place was very neat and clean. The layout was excellent and within short walking distance to the beach and a couple of great restaurants. If I had it to do again, I might bring a stocked cooler as the the island store prices were a bit high.

The pictures of the house are exactly what you get, the property manager was in contact with us At check in, check out and helpful when asked questions. It was so nice to have a relaxing beach experience after the hustle and bustle of Orlando. We had 3 families with us for a total of 10 people and this property fit everyone very comfortably. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again.

Our stay was as advertised. House easily accommodated our group and beach was a short walk away. One small issue was taken care of right away. Only suggestion is to have some type of sunshade for the eating area. We would definitely book again.

Our whole family (8 adults, 2 toddlers, and a 3-month-old) spent a week at this home for a family Florida vacation and couldn't have been happier! This house is gorgeous and had plenty of room for all of us! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortably furnished, the kitchen area was well-stocked with equipment and easy to get around when cooking, and the roof top deck was a treat for viewing the morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Of course, everyone LOVED the heated pool and the hot tub! We had just a few questions about the house while we were there and Traci was contactable, engaged, and really pleasant to work with. We made some great famliy memories in this home and look forward to returning again to make more!

Ich liebe dieses schöne Haus wirklich sehr. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Meine Kinder mochten den Pool sehr, sie waren glücklich dort. House and accommodations are wonderful, comfortable and better than the pictures. Everything was in working order and the pool/hot tub was very clean and ready when we arrived. House is close to the beach and town and Anna Maria Island is beautiful. Would definitely stay there again. This was a great stay in spite of the fact that there was a red tide event going on so think how wonderful it would have been if it had been clear.

This house is hands down the best we have rented. We have stayed at over 25 homes on anna maria island and several homes owned by kiri. This house is quality and the location is amazing.
