When needing a dose of Vitamin Sea head west on Manatee Ave, as you’re only a 10 minute drive to the award winning turquoise beaches of Anna Maria Island.

Arrive to a large private driveway with carport for you and your guests to park. The open layout and modern interior make this home feel cozy and spacious. The natural glow from the large windows brightens the home just right. Unwind on the queen sleeper sofa after a full day exploring the town, a wall mounted flat panel above the fireplace will have your favorite shows streaming anytime of the day. The kitchen is a chef’s dream! Custom cabinetry with spacious quartz counters comes well stocked to prepare a home cooked meal! The dining table that seats 6 sets between the kitchen and living space. The 3 bedrooms are just dreamy. Wake up feeling refreshed with luxury bedding to sink into, storage for your belongings, ceiling fans, and flat panel tv’s make the rooms ultra-relaxing. The master bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite porcelain tile bathroom. The bathroom highlights a large vanity with dual sinks, a clawfoot soaking tub with shower feature. Your second bedroom provides a king bed and the third room a twin daybed with twin trundle. The guest bathroom can be accessed from the guest bedroom or kitchen, with sparkling porcelain tile and refreshing step-in shower. Step out into your private fenced in backyard to let the dogs or kids run around, get your grill ready for a BBQ, and enjoy the serenity of the outdoor space with a fresh drink in hand.

While visiting Bradenton and nearby Anna Maria Island, make sure you day trip over to Palmetto Historic District, Clearwater, Sarasota, and Siesta Key. These towns have great breweries, art galleries, museums, more gorgeous coastline, and dining opportunities. There are plenty of fun excursions for the whole family to enjoy. *Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
