It boasts an incredible backyard oasis with a heated pool and spa plus a separate mother-in-law suite, with lots of historic charm and modern updates throughout. The Master Bedroom is located upstairs as a loft space with a beautiful new bathroom with claw foot tub.
This home features 2 bedrooms off the main living space with a shared bathroom. Located by the pool is the mother in law suite with king bed, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main Great room features a full kitchen, a spacious living room with plenty of seating and HDTV, and a dining space with seating for 8. The brand new kitchen has a gas stove and plenty of counter space for the most discerning chef. There is a private deck off both of the ground floor bedrooms, which is the perfect spot for coffee in the morning.

The outdoor space is very private and one of the most beautiful back yards on the island. It features all-new landscaping, artificial grass with inlaid limestone stepping stones. The heated spa and pool are the perfect retreat for a little rest and relaxation while on your vacation.

The location is just as great as the home. You are a 1-minute walk to Pine Avenue where you will find local boutiques for shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops and art galleries. Bayfront Park is also nearby. Anna Maria Island Beach is about a 6-7 minute walk from the home or a 2-minute bike ride. This walk is very easy to make with the provided beach wagon to carry all of your beach equipment and you'll love the sparkling turquoise water and sunny days at the beach. After all, that's why you're coming to visit our beautiful island!

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
