This home is the perfect place to spend your families next beach vacation as it's just a short walk you away from the sugar-white sanded beaches and sparkling Gulf waters from sunrise to sunset. Best part is that you're close by to shopping, gourmet dining, and the AMI trolley stop where you can hop on daily to explore the sensational 7 miles of Anna Maria!

Swaying palm trees and the gorgeous, lush, landscaped exterior welcomes your arrival! Step inside where you will love the inviting, open living area that is brightened by a calming glow of natural light throughout. Relax on the cushy sofa while you stream your favorite shows on the mounted flat screen, cook in our chef kitchen with a rustic, farmhouse style dining table to gather around at mealtime. The galley style kitchen is well equipped with culinary essentials, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast nook with pool views, wine fridge, and ample quartz counter space for groceries or meal prepping.

Awaken refreshed and ready for a day exploring Anna Maria Island in the four beautifully appointed bedrooms that feature soft, luxury linens, flat screen televisions, ceiling fans, storage, and ambient bedside lighting. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an spa inspired ensuite bathroom that highlights a spacious vanity w/ storage for your toiletries and a modern tiled, step-in shower. Next to the bed are sliding glass doors that open up to the screened lanai where you have a private seating area overlooking the pool. The second bedroom boasts a king bed, the third room a queen bed, and the fourth room has two custom built-in twin over full bunks that the younger crew will totally flip out for! The guest bathroom highlights a vanity and an upgraded tub and shower combo.
