Welcome to Bimini Bay Boathouse, a spectacular canal-front home that is the perfect setting for beachgoers and anglers. This four-bedroom and three bath retreat has covered patio seating and a fire pit with water views. Just a stroll away is the pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches, local shops, and restaurants, this island beauty has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation.
In the modern kitchen, you will find plenty of space to prepare meals, basic cooking essentials, island seating, and there is a spacious dining room perfect for entertaining guests. After fun-filled days on the water, guests can relax on one of the cozy sofas and watch a movie.
The primary bedroom is ideal for post-exploration relaxation, jumping into bed, and watching your favorite shows on the tv. The second and third bedrooms both have natural sunlight shining in to make the room bright and to put a smile on your face as you walk in, both are equipped with TVs and ample space in the closets for guests’ vacation attire. The fourth bedroom is perfect for younger travelers and has quick access to the bathroom and the living room.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
This property does not allow pets.
These premises are monitored by video surveillance in select exterior areas.
This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

WOW!
1st great thing I noticed pulling up, which I love, is that it's a corner property on a cul-de-sac, 2nd it's sits on a canal, and 3rd it's one story so I don't have to deal with stairs. It's an older style home with a modern twist and I am in love with the interior design. This house is a tucked away slice of heaven, yet still in only a 5-minute drive you can be at the beach, or the busy downtown area with restaurants and shopping! Beautiful views
Everything about this home was perfect, from the views, the bedrooms and the cute kitchen. I cannot get enough of the backyard and pool. We had a fun time with the canal. We even got to see manatees!! It was a super cool experience. Loved having so much room in the livingroom for our family, and the dining table fit us all. For a big family, this was a great spot! Amazing Family Trip
We take a family trip as often as we can, once every couple of years, and this home has been our favorite so far! Love the decor, clean and crisp lines, open and airy, perfect to spread out and enjoy separate spots but still be together! The back yard with a great pool and the canal view was so relaxing and inviting. We fished, swam, paddle boarded and kayaked right there!! Canal Front Home with Pool
This house had the perfect spot for our family vacation, we were very close to food spots, the beach, and even had a Publix close by. We never got bored at the house between the pool, corn hole, foosball, ping pong and watching the views on the water! Bimini Bay Gem
We often come to AMI for getaways and this time we found a new place that we love to stay. The owners did a wonderful job in updating this home and along with the huge backyard facing the bay and a beautiful seating area right on the water, you really cant ask for much more.
