Welcome to Bikinis and Bellinis, a gorgeous waterfront home, putting green, panoramic rooftop views, and a private pool, and it is just a short walk to the white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your family and pets to paradise at this eight-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom home, where the tranquil sounds of the salty Gulf and Bay help you relax and escape from it all.

Guests will love the open floor plan with a nautical luxury theme and stunning bay views. The living area has comfortable seating, a tv, and easy access to the main floor balcony. The state-of-the-art kitchen has stainless steel appliances, countertop seating and is equipped with the culinary necessities. The modern dining room table is set for the ultimate dinners with friends and family. As you dine, watch boats pass along the bay.

Dream and awake in paradise in the primary bedroom, with a four-post King bed, bay views, balcony access, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. A perfect night's sleep is in store in the second bedroom, with a King bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and balcony access. Guests will love the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth bedrooms, deluxe King beds, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The seventh bedroom has a King bed and access to a hallway bathroom. Younger guests will love the twin-over-twin bunk bed in the eighth bedroom, perfect for slumber parties. A washer and dryer is available for guest use.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
