Beach view was unobstructed and location really on the beach. Pool was clean and not crowded. Unit itself is a little dated but well cared for and clean. Perfect location. Unit was very soundproof except for traffic noise in bedrooms. Running a fan solved that problem. Would rent same place again.

This was the perfect condo for a beach vacation. We were steps from the sandy beach & loved the evening sunset from our balcony. While we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the beach towels & chairs. We even found a beach umbrella in the closet, which we used every day. While we were there for the beach, we also enjoyed an early evening dip in the heated (87 degrees) pool. The only recommendation for improvement would be to replace the wicker furniture on the balcony as it's in rough shape. Stops for the free trolley are in close walking distance, which was very convenient as this was our sole source of Island transportation.

We had a great stay at this condo! The view couldn't have been better. We were about 200 ft from the edge of the ocean. Can't get much closer than that. It's a super cute area and lots of things are walkable. The condo was incredibly clean. I didn't find dirt or dust anywhere. The bed was comfortable, accommodations were great. Very nicely decorated. We didn't use the pool but I did check it out and you could tell that it was heated because there was steam rising. Very clean. The only negative is that we were on the top floor unit and we had to walk up five flights of stairs. There was no elevator. Thankfully my husband is strong and carried the suitcases up because I'm a wimp. It does say on the listing that it's handicap inaccessible but just beware there are stairs and no elevator. The host company was incredibly helpful. They were very accessible by text and Incredibly accommodating. Great vacation! Would definitely recommend.

Great location - right on the beach and close to many restaurants and activities. Heated pool was a plus! Unit was as described. Note that there are stairs to climb- no elevator - in case of mobility issues. The rental company checked in often to make sure things were going well and was very responsive in answering questions. Overall a great experience.

This was our first trip to the island and we were not disappointed. The beachfront location of this condo is great, and the views from the balcony are amazing. We actually walked to Bridge St for dinner both nights of our stay. We loved that the complex was small which made finding a spot on the beach easy. The condo itself was very nice and our family of 4 had plenty of space. We would definitely rent again!

This property was great. Loved how close you are to all the restaurants. They had something for all price ranges and food choices. Loved that we were right on the beach. And parking was right under the building. It made it so much easier. The size of the place was great. They had everything you could need including toiletries. The kitchen had everything you could need too. Water pressure was not great in the second bathroom shower but everything else was great. The view is was sold us. It was great to sit out on the balcony and drink coffee and listen to the waves. We would definitely stay here again.

The view from our condo was amazing, and we were literally steps away from the beach! The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend would be for them to fix the blinds. Otherwise, everything was nice and clean! Condo was very clean with lots of extras! They provide chairs, floats, beach towels, even a starter pack for kitchen & bath. The only thing we needed was more washcloths & the water pressure wasn’t great in the shower. The location was good -you can walk a mile to Bridge Street with Restaurants and shops or there is a cafe coconuts was walking distance on the beach which was nice! Love the balcony where you can have your coffee and listen to the waves❤️ we will come back! It’s a great place to stay and the owners are very easy to work with!!

We had a wonderful relaxing time at our beachfront condo. Being from Iowa, we can never get enough of sitting on the balcony, watching the waves. Our condo was clean and well decorated. Could have used more towels in kitchen and bath, but there was a washer and dryer so we could run a load. AMI is a wonderful, laid back getaway, enjoyed it very much!

We opened the door to the most beautiful view, an immaculate and lovely unit with large glass doors that open to a balcony overlooking the ocean side beach of Bradenton. If it hadn't been for construction on the other side of the street, we would have heard nothing but the birds and waves. No loud parties, only a few folks walking the beach, an occasional family playing in the sand, it was the perfect family get away. The building is solidly built and you do not hear sounds from other units or outside - except for construction. The kitchen was stocked with everything except a good sharp knives. The place had everything except for decent toilet paper. Dishwasher worked great and not too loudly. Place was clean and comfortable. Beds, pillows and sheets were comfortable. Extra beach towels were provided. We will definitely be back. I recommend bringing your own TP, cutting knife, and wash clothes if you will be here more than 2 days. It was on the expensive side, but so much better than the last place we stayed on this beach. We were able to get quick answers from the host management.

The condo location and stay was great! Clean and had everything we needed and more. The office staff were so great helping us with getting a parking pass that was missing. The only complaint was need to update shower heads to have a scald guard on the spouts, could easily burn a child or adult who wasn’t fast enough to get out of the way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and stay at Coquina Beach Condo's. The listing is accurate, and the experience was amazing from the comfortable accommodations to the spectacular sunsets and morning coffee on the patio. We couldn't be happier. The Island is paradise on earth and overall AAAAA+++++ We had good food and met nice people. You won't be disappointed with this place and if you are then you just can't be made happy! Enjoy!

At first, I was hesitant to rent this property because there were no reviews and no cancellation policy. But I’m SO glad we did!! This place was perfect for us. The best features are the amazing view from the balcony and the very short walk to the beach! The rental company was excellent at communicating with us and the check in/out process was very easy. The place was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. The furniture and beds were very comfortable as well. The only thing that needed to be repaired were the vertical blinds that were missing a few slats in several places, but that didn’t bother us at all, because we mostly kept them open to see the view. It was an excellent place for our family and we enjoyed it very much. Can’t wait to come back to AMI and we would love to stay in this same condo again. It felt like home!

This is a very nice place, it is enough comfort to stay inside but not overdone. Property management was very responsive. Pool is excellent. Very spacious.
