Welcome to Beach Time AMI! This five bedroom, three bathroom vacation home has a private pool and hot tub and is near the spectacular Gulf of Mexico beaches that hug the Anna Maria Island coastline. Tell your friends and family to pack their beach bags and get ready for the ultimate beach vacation.

This beach house is beautifully decorated with elegance throughout. The living room boasts two sofa couches, a tv, and opens into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully supplied with all the cookware, to allow for the full expression of your inner gourmet chef and four barstools at the kitchen island. Dine at the kitchen table or al fresco by the pool.

With a split level floorplan, this home is perfect for multiple couples and families traveling together. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a King bed that has vibrant colored bedding to put guests in the vacation mood, access to the patio, and an ensuite bathroom with a updated double vanity and stunning walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms on the main floor have natural lighting and tropical views, these rooms share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the third floor, is a den area, hallway bathroom with walk-in shower and two other bedrooms. The fourth bedroom features a king bed and the fifth has a twin over twin bunkbed.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
