Beach Sunset Villa

The Air conditioner was running fine. The beach Access was great but if you had a dog I wouldn’t come to Anna Marie no beaches for them. The appartment was little dark. For us. We should have gotten something with A balcony. Great looking place.

We had a great stay at Sunset Villa. Very short walk to the beach and easy beach access. We enjoyed the beach cart and chairs. The villa was clean and very comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Had the most amazing time with our friends. We had Thanksgiving on the patio. Perfect weather and went to the mangroves, golf cart, all the paddle boarding we could handle. The house was great and the host so responsive, the internet and tv went down and they had it back up in a few hours so we didn’t miss any of the football games. Bed is really firm if you like a firm bed. We would come to this house again.

Had a great stay. This was our second stay on this part of the island, just love it. Beach access was as simple as crossing the street. House was great, plenty of room for our family of 5.

Great location, clean space, and smooth check-in — no complaints there.
But the check-out experience was extremely unfriendly.
About 10 minutes before check-out, while we were already outside by our cars, a woman in a pickup truck parked in the driveway and stared at us with a very hostile attitude. A few minutes later she even revved the engine aggressively, making us feel unwelcome and rushed, even though we were still within the allowed time.
I’ve used Airbnb for years and never experienced something like this. It really impacted an otherwise good stay.

The place had obviously just been cleaned. Unfortunately their vacuum isn’t picking up all the sand and the floors were a bit sandy.The telescope had no filters and was not usable.All the appliances worked well. Plenty of hot water and air conditioning. Another person commented the one air conditioner cannot get plugged in but we didn’t need that room.Overall the beach was across the street and beautiful white sand. Plenty of beach chairs and a wagon to pull them in. We expect to come again.

Overall, the stay was very good—I would give it a nine out of ten. The communication through text messages was outstanding; they replied very quickly whenever you needed to report something. The house is very close to the beach—you just have to cross the road and you’re right there. The beach itself is quiet and private, with very few people around.
Inside the house, you have everything you need to cook. There were enough towels, soaps, and the beds were clean and comfortable. However, I would like to point out that the refrigerator does not make ice, and the shower on the second floor got clogged on the second day. But when I reported it via text, they quickly provided a solution to fix the problem.
The laundry machines are convenient, the air conditioning works very well, and overall, I would definitely stay here again for future vacations. Thank you.

This beach house exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the view and how thoughtfully the space was set up. The house was spotless, bright, and airy with plenty of room for our group of friends to spread out and relax. The kitchen was fully equipped (we cooked a few meals in), and we spent every morning sipping coffee on the deck watching the waves roll in. Easy walk to the beach, and close to local cafes and a market. The beds were super comfortable, and you could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. The WiFi was strong (even with a few of us working remotely), and the host checked in midweek to make sure everything was perfect. We didn’t want to leave. This was hands down one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in!
