This ground-level property has four bedrooms, one being a private suite and three bathrooms. This home makes traveling with friends and family a breeze! Guests can relax and unwind in a bright and inviting living room, where they can tell fish tales about their island adventures. The kitchen has updated quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances, with a handy island that seats three for quick snacks and lazy breakfasts. The picnic-style dining table seats six, or enjoy meals on the deck at the patio table.

The tropically colored primary bedroom is a perfect place to unwind, with tv for catching a show, access to the pool deck, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom's tropical theme allows guests to relax and watch the tv in style. Younger guests will love the nautical theme in the third bedroom, which has space to keep guests entertained. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combination for refreshing after a day on the sand. The fourth bedroom and ensuite bathroom are separate from the pool deck and will delight guests with playful sea horses and bright island colors.

Guests will make a splash in the updated private heating pool nestled in lush tropical landscaping and can relax in the spa after exploring the island. The outdoor patio is ideal for a backyard BBQ and has an outdoor dining table for guests to enjoy. Located just minutes from Anna Maria Beach and Pine Ave, you and your guests will delight in a wonderful day at the beach, then head in for a delicious meal and a divine treat found only on Anna Maria Island.

-Third Bedroom: 2 Twin Bunk beds, one pull-out Trundle, shared access to full hallway bathroom with tub/shower combination
-Fourth Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom in the private separate structure off the pool deck

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
