The heater for the pool and hot tub was not working properly when we got there. The hot tub drained completely several times. Heater finally worked after a technician came out late in the evening.

The property is beautiful. The house is spacious and perfect for large groups. The kitchen is well equipped for food prep. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which was very important for everyone. We did not miss a sunrise or sunset from the rooftop deck! We swam everyday most of the day and same goes for fishing off the dock. We did have some initial pool troubles but management was quick to respond and we did get the problem resolved.

The location is perfect - just steps from Bridge Street and the pier, and a short walk to the beach. The area is very safe and family oriented. Bradenton Beach is in the process of recovering from the hurricane and their progress is remarkable. Many restaurants and shops are open and eager to do business. We would definitely return here again!

The property worked perfectly for our family reunion! Very seldom do you find a large rental house where every bedroom has its own bathroom. The house had just that and it was a perfect reflection of the pictures posted online. We could walk to a number of restaurants for dinners allowing us to never access our vehicles. The only time we needed to drive was to hit the grocery store only 2.5 miles up the road. We would 100% return to this property in the future.

Place looks fantastic, a lot a spaces for a big family , specially the master balcony and rooftop with great breice and view, conveniently located very close to the beach, just not to comfortable to dock our jet sky due to the high of the dock. we really had a great time.

Had a wonderful time at this home. We had a party of 14, so everyone had a room to sleep in and en-suite bathroom which was amazing! The pool was phenomenal. Alternating days at the beach and the pool was perfect! The short walk to Bridge street for dinner, drinks, ice cream and souvenir shopping made for the perfect spring break.

We were all so excited when we entered the home. The pictures don't do it justice! It's bigger than we expected and was well kept. We were all very pleased with this home and definitely recommend to anyone thinking about staying here. The management company was also excellent to deal with. We had a little issue with the elevator (probably user error) and they were there to fix it so quick we couldn't believe it! They were definitely great to deal with!

I’ve stayed in mini VRBO properties. The property manager at this location Hass to be the best. We arrived on Sunday evening and had trouble with the elevator. That was one of the biggest factors in our decision to rent this house. I called the property manager and someone came over Sunday evening. The pictures online were very accurate and everything in the house was fabulous. If you ever plan to go to Anna Maria Island/Bradenton Beach rent this property.

We had the opportunity to stay in Bayfront Retreat over the long holiday weekend. The house was big enough to share with 4 families and offered plenty of room for both kids and adults to spread out. The dock allowed us to bring our boats, the location on the waterway was perfect and the pool provided endless hours of entertainment both during the day and at night. Communication with the rental team was great and they were available whenever we needed. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Stayed in this beautiful home for three nights and the accommodation was everything we could have hoped for. Property was well maintained and the location was right on the waterfront. Our whole family loved the pool area and the roof terrace provides an exceptional vista of Anna Maria Island, the harbour and the Gulf of Mexico. A truly beautiful property!

The view over the waterway on the east side and then ocean view on the west side from the roof top were both incredible. Very comfortable and spacious. We had 13 people. Two masters was awesome. The bunk room accommodated our 6 teenagers beautifully with a nice balcony off of that room for another western view.

If the house is amazing (and it is), it’s location is even better. So close to Bridge Street and all the restaurants and bars! When you are on the top floor of the house, it feels more like a cruise ship than a house. You can really see the dolphins swimming in your “backyard“ from anywhere in the house. The kids loved the swimming pool, the grown ups loved having wine on the deck. Overall, we had a perfect stay.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house. It’s located in a great area on Anna Maria Island convenient to stores, restaurants, the beach. The only downside about it’s location is the bridge off the island which is one lane each way so sometimes during the day there is heavy traffic and a 15 min drive somewhere ends up being 25-30 min. Otherwise, the house itself is great and well appointed, clean, and decorated nicely. Waking up to the views of the water is always a treat. We look forward to coming back again some time. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive.

We had an amazing stay with family from 3 - 92 years of age. We loved the Bay view and the easy proximity to the beach and restaurants. The master suite is just incredible. Foosball and cornhole were fun to play and everything we needed for the beach was there in the garage including wagons to cart it. Just a few things to note. The listing says 4 king beds but one is a Queen - just to know. Be sure to bring all cooking supplies including salt and pepper - nothing is stocked. We think the house could have a blanket for each bed for cool nights. Also there are either no or not sufficient towel racks in most of the bath rooms which would be helpful.

We loved our stay. We had an issue with pool and the technician was there within an hour. The view is beautiful. The one bedroom lists a king, but is only a queen. My only complaints are that the kitchen only came with 3 dishwasher tabs and 2 trash bags. I expected a few left over items from past renters as I've had in other rentals, but there were none. Also, very limited kitchen pots/pans if you do intend to cook. We enjoyed walking to the town to shop and walk to beach was easy and short. Pool takes a while to warm up, but it's December so wasn't surprising. Kids had plenty of space to have fun. Would love to stay again!

We loved the house. The pool was nice, and the home had nice finishes throughout. The location was great too. While it is close to a lot of double wide homes, it’s a 2 minute walk to the main strip, and close to the beach. We thought it was going to be worse than it was and the area right around it is generally nice. The sunset views on the rooftop - overlooking both the gulf and inland waterway - can’t be beat. Great value for this home and we loved the island.

My family and I absolutely loved Bayfront Retreat! What a great setting for a relaxing, tropical getaway. The sunrises were breathtaking and we enjoyed the sunsets from the crows nest! We saw dolphins and manatees. And a large sting ray swim under the dock, very exciting stuff for us Michiganders!! This house offered us everything we were interested in for our vacation getaway. Walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. We hope to get the chance to enjoy this home again in the future :)

The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Great layout for kids. Nice kid friendly amenities like an Xbox, ping pong table, and foos ball table. The pool and hot tub were great. The house is a convenient walk to restaurants, the beach, and the docks for fishing. The only one down side of the house is that it’s located near a high traffic bridge that you can hear cars, it’s next to a vacant dirt lot, and it’s across the street from a large trailer park. It’s clearly the best house in the neighborhood it’s in. All these you can’t see from the photos. Personally, it didn’t detract from my experience but it bothered my husband more. For the price of this house, we expected it to be in a better area.

What a gorgeous home and absolutely perfect place for myself, my 3 year ole son and parents to stay. We had our own private master suites, equipped with plentiful freshly folded towels, toilet paper and soaps for guest use. You can tell this place is professionally managed because everything is absolutely perfect and the communication is on point leaving no room for misunderstanding. We also met the property manager on-site when we arrived, he was walking through making sure it was 100% ready- I just want to say he was amazing to us and answered a few questions. Very professional stand up guy.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Our trip was a family event that made this home worth every penny. I would caution you a few flaws so you'lll come prepared. The refrigerator wasn't size appropriate for the home, we brought along a lot of food that required freezer/refrigeration and had to resort to a lot of coolers and buying ice daily. The pantry for the kitchen is locked so there's not a lot of options for where to put your kitchen provisions. Not enough dish towels/paper towels. Before the COVID we would of most likely went out to eat, most of the time, but times have changed, and large parties have difficulty dining out so we prepared every meal in the home. Home owners just need to take that into consideration and increase supplies.

Wonderful location, gorgeous, roomy home with everything you would possibly ever need and beautifully decorated! The pool was awesome, loved all the levels for relaxing and we even fished off the pier a few nights too! Loved watching all the boat activity and the bridge, especially at night, sunrises every morning too! Location was convenient to the beach, pier and restaurants and we really didn't drive much while there. The various decks were great for our group to spread out and enjoy the views, especially the rooftop! I did notice that the home is advertised with 4 king suites, but one was only a queen which made no difference to our group but it could for others. Overall a great Florida experience that we will remember forever!

Our party of 10 enjoyed our stay at this beautiful bay front home. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool/hot tub/dock area was the perfect set up for relaxing family time. We had dolphins swim by the dock and were also entertained by the birds daily. The layout is great for larger groups while also having areas to relax away from others. The property is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and the free island trolley.

House was really beautiful. Views from all around, tons of space inside, the pool and spa were a great perk to have for the kids in our group. Beach was just a few blocks away, as well as Bridge street with all types of shops and restaurants. AMI originally gave us the wrong code to get into the house, but quickly resolved after a phone call. Just be prepared that the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, etc., but no condiments, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. Make sure to pick some up before arrival!

This home is amazing!!! We had a larger family of about 14 people and we all fit in the home with no issues. The location is perfect. Tons of fish right off the dock in the back. We rented a boat and docked it at the house the entire week. The home was clean and had lots of towels and dishes. This is a perfect home for vacations for families. The roof top deck was so much fun and there is a lot of outdoor furniture on all the decks & patios.

Beautiful home in a convenient location. Within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Marina five minute walk for boat and jet ski rental. Home is comfortable, beautifully decorated and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Tons of room to spread out inside and out. Nice pool and hot tub. All towels provided. We had an issue with a leaking pool filter and it was fixed within 24 hours. Overall a wonderful property and we will definitely stay here again!!!

We loved the location. From being able to have our boat at the dock, to watching the Cortez Draw Bridge throughout the day, to walking to the beautiful beach in just a few minutes, to bars and restaurants and the Bradenton Beach Pier also just a short walk it was truly a fun location. The house is beautiful and well appointed and the outside areas are fabulous. The pool and hot tub are perfect day and night and the view from the roof is great for sunrise and sunset. The bedrooms are comfortable and plenty big, all with attached bathrooms. Super nice neighbors that were helpful with questions about the area. The management company was easy to work with and were very attentive to any questions or concerns. Anna Maria Island is a fun filled island with a lot to do and this house puts you really close to Sarasota and Long Boat Key. St. Pete and Tampa are also less then an hour away. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent property at one of the best locations on the island. Thoughtful design and delightful decor made our stay so enjoyable for our 6 adults and 11 children. We watched the sunrises from the back decks over the bay and watched the sunsets melt into the Gulf from the top deck with plenty of swimming in the pool and fishing from the dock in between. We love AMI and highly recommend this property.

This home was perfect. Beautiful views, great amenities and very clean. It is a very spacious home and is great for large families. Increadible sunrises on the bay are worth getting up for! This place is an easy walk to restaurants , coffee shops, gift shops and bars. It’s a wonderful community. I will definitely stay here again!

Something for everyone here at this brand new house. Entire family was happy with the accommodations. The 5 master bedrooms kept everyone in comfort. Beach, shops, dining, and more all within short walking distance. A sunset cruise to Eggmont island was the highlight for many, we saw frisky manatees followed by swimming and snorkeling off the beach at Eggmont.

This house is literally brand new. My wife, our two boys, and myself all absolutely loved it. It was large enough so we could have our friends over, and the kids had friends over as well, we all had plenty of room. I can't say enough about the rooftop. We really enjoyed having a glass of wine overlooking the Cortez bridge every evening. All of the amenities in the house are top of the line, many times we have stayed at homes where everything from the appliances to the crown molding was at best, mid-grade.... that certainly is not the case here. Its decorated in a great "beach" theme that enabled this vacation to give us a more relaxed feeling. A couple of additional items. Having an elevator makes it so much easier after buying supplies for a 5 day vacation. The master suites morning views are truly amazing. Probably the best for last, the location is a huge bonus! You are literally less than a 3 minute walk to famous Bridge Street! We are planning on a shorter getaway soon, and we would be very disappointed if we had to stay anywhere else on the island.

Drove our boat right up to the new dock and saw this awesome waterfront home. The pool looks right over the bay and the rooftop deck has views of the Gulf, Skyway Bridge and downtown Sarasota. The decorations and furniture are to die for! The master- wow! The kids’ separate gaming room and bunk bed area is a terrific design. Flat screen smart TVs in every room , bar area with TV outside by the pool, foosball, ping pong- what more could you want?!?! Then...you walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars and beach all within 2-3 blocks. No car needed! This house simply has it all. Too bad you don’t have a 6-star rating for a property like this!

This property had it all and was just refinished with all new furniture and renovation. We will return! The kids love the pool. We had a grill for fish after pulling up to the dock. Was amazing!! What a day! Also shops and restaurants only 2-3 blocks away! You don’t need a car here!
