Perfect bayfront home for family of ten
The bayfront home was a perfect place to spend a week with our family The views of the bay were outstanding and often saw dolphins in the water. The home was in perfect condition and the water views from inside were awesome. All five bedrooms were great and the pool table and hot tub outside were a bit hit. Jen the host was there with recommendations for us as far as restaurants and other needs. I would highly recommend her and this home

Beautiful property with great amenities!!

This was our first VRBO experience and it was great. The house was everything we thought it would be. The views are amazing and we enjoyed the pool everyday. Some of the adults fished off the dock with rods provided at the rental. We saw manatees and dolphins everyday which was exciting for us as well as our 2 year old grandson. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas were all fantastic, the home was clean and very nicely furnished and had plenty of space for our large group of 6 adults and 2 children. Jen answered all my questions about the home and amenities before we arrived, which helped with planning and organizing for our vacation. The island has tons of restaurants and things to do. I highly recommend this property to others wishing to spend time in AMI - wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back.

Perfect home for our group of eight adults!

We arrived find this home spotless and ready for our group of eight which consisted of three married couples and two single ladies. The four master suites are amazing! The twin over full bunk room had an awesome view of the bay. We enjoyed the beautiful full bay views as we sat in the living room/dining room and when we relaxed by the heated pool. The beach is a very short walk from this home. We walked to the beach several times and even ate breakfast there at a local cafe one morning. Jenn had everything ready for us when we arrived and left her phone number in case we needed it but we didn't need to call because everything was perfect! We plan to return!

Beautiful home
Couldn’t have asked for a better house for a big family vacation! The house looks exactly like the pictures do! The communication was prompt and clear. The house everything you need From pots and pans, keurig, reg coffee pot, crock pot, fans, beach toys, wagons, boogie boards, beach canopy, beach chairs….you name it, this house has it! You won’t regret renting this home! My family can’t WAIT to stay here again!

Great house!

HS Senior Trip
From the moment we walked in and saw the views, we knew we had selected the right home for our family vacation. We saw dolphins and manatees every day - almost all day. The sunrise was breathtaking- and with a short 5 minute walk, we could catch the sunset. Teenagers loved the pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend this property based upon the views alone. We had an incredible vacation and would definitely book this property again.

Fantastic vacation rental!

Our group couldn't have asked for a more beautiful home to spend our time in Anna Maria Island in! We loved the pool and hot tub, and being right on the water was surreal. We saw dolphins and manatees right from the property each day! It was fun to chat with the fishermen that came by throughout the day to learn more about what they were catching. We rented a pontoon one day and were able to use the dock, which was super convenient for picking up and dropping people off throughout the day. The home is centrally located on the island, and it's only a few minutes' walk across the island to the beach on the gulf side. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas were all fantastic, the home is clean and very nicely furnished and had plenty of space for our large group of 10 adults. I also appreciate how responsive Jen was to any questions I had about the home and amenities, it really helped to know what to expect when planning and organizing for our group's vacation. I highly recommend this property to others wishing to spend time in AMI - wish we could have stayed longer!
