Amazing times

Great location…water view and walk to Pine St, which is rare to find!  Clean, nicely updated house and fun pool area. Loved the balcony views and seeing the sun every morning.  Had every amenity I could want, and lots of fun games.  The family had a great time and we would absolutely stay again!

My family & I had such a great stay at Bay Happy. The house was very clean & was stocked with everything we needed & more. We loved that there was so many cute shops & restaurants in walking distance. I also enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning drinking my coffee looking at the water, it was so quiet & peaceful. We hope to come & stay again.

Beautiful Pool Home With Beach Views!
Great location on the bayside and a quick walk to Pine Ave. It was clean and comfortable. And so glad it was updated to regular beds instead of bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. The pool was refreshing! We would stay again!

Stay was excellent!
Our stay here was excellent! The property was well-suited for a long weekend with 6 of our 7 kids. We had so much fun in the pool and playing ping-pong and mini-basketball. The location exceeded our expectations - the bay was right across the street and our kids could wake up and head out to fish. We walked to a festival on the main shopping street one evening. The gulf was just a few blocks away, making it easy to enjoy the beach or catch sunset. The property was well-equipped with chairs, toys, and kids’ snorkel gear, outfitting our beach excursions. Large porches overlooking the pool and the Bay made being outside at home easy. There were ample beach and bath towels. We cooked a several meals at the house with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and a well-functioning grill to make it possible. The appliances are top notch. If you plan to do some cooking or laundry, make sure to bring the basics like salt, pepper, other seasonings, cooking spray or oil, coffee (ground - not Keurig - filters were provided), and laundry detergent. The property management company made our stay seamless. Communication was excellent, the staff was responsive and polite, and no detail was overlooked. We absolutely loved our stay at this property and would definitely come back.

WOW
This is our second time at this house and WOW is all we could say. The owner did such a great job with the updates. We loved the home during our first stay and didn't think we could love it anymore but... WOW!!!! This is such a beautiful home and has the best views. We love being so close to a playground for the kids. We will be back!

Amazing!
I cant think of anything other than "wow" to say. We just got home from our vacation in Bay Happy and we miss it so much. The owner must have just gotten done with improvements on the house because the furniture and decor was leveled up. The property provides amazing views over the park, playground, skyway, piers, it literally has it all. The pool area was great and there were games which was a big plus. We loved the fact that there was both a dining table and bar counter so we had space to eat comfortably. The master bedroom and bathroom is just stunning. We love Bay Happy and we think you will too

Lovely stay
We had such a lovely stay in Bay Happy. The home had great views and has such a wonderful location, not to mention it has everything you need to have a great beach vacation. Loved the kitchen, and loved the front patio where we watched the waves roll in every evening.

Great house for a large group.

Great house and location, walking distance to shops and trolly. Beach directly across the street. Built in pool was excellent for relaxing in. A few minor issues that were quickly resolved by property management who kept in constant contact with me. We had a great time during our 10 day stay.

Don't Worry - BAY HAPPY!!!
Thank you for sharing your cozy home with your family. We gather at the beach every summer, but AMI is my personal favorite. The home is well equipped, near all the best stops, and close to the most beautiful beach. The young ones LOVED the pool. Bay Happy is a place where you can do, and be, just that!
