The duplex was very nice with a scenic view of the lagoon. We saw manatees every day. Very quiet neighborhood located near the bay and about a 5 minute drive to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough for an easy walk or bike ride to the old bayside pier and beach, several coffee shops, restaurants and the general store. Perfect for fishing off the dock and getting on the water with our paddle boards, or just enjoying the view. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We plan on booking again. Thanks!

This property was a wonderful last-minute find and worked out perfectly for our trip with friends who were staying nearby.The unit was tastefully furnished and nicely decorated. While it is on the smaller side, that was not an issue for us since we spent most of our days exploring the island. The kitchen was well-equipped with the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, although guests should plan to purchase basic cooking supplies and grilling essentials, as only limited provisions are provided.One of our favorite features was the dock, which was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee each morning. Everything in the unit functioned properly, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The bathroom was small but completely functional. The water view from the living room was absolutely spectacular and added greatly to the overall experience.The building itself is fairly basic and shows its age in some areas, but the unit was comfortable and met our needs. The one improvement we would suggest is adding a table and chairs. Currently, there is no dedicated place to sit and enjoy a meal, either indoors or outdoors.Overall, we would recommend this property for travelers looking for a comfortable place to sleep, relax, and enjoy the island. We rented bikes during our stay, and the location made it easy to reach just about anywhere on Anna Maria Island. The laundry was a bonus too.

Everything was great. Kitchen appliances were like new, bed was very comfortable, and the laundry was a great bonus. Shower drain was slow to drain but that was the only negative thing I could come up with. Everything was great!

We had a great stay and appreciated the location (everything was less than 10 minutes away!!!) and clear communication throughout.
The space was cozy, but a few small improvements could make it even better—like adding some basic cleaning supplies for washing dishes and maybe a full body mirror for the ladies haha!!
The bathroom was functional but could use a little updating.
Overall, we enjoyed our time here. It was very relaxing and quiet by the water.

I believe we’re one of the first to stay at this new location and it was great. The living room was comfy, bedroom was large and view from the back porch incredibly relaxing. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. I think once the dock is rebuilt this place will be practically perfect.
Since it was a new listing, we did hit a few snags (no kitchen trash can, no microwave, the shower sprayer leaked, getting the floor very wet), but the team was very quick to respond and bring us the things we needed. I’d also recommend a bathroom upgrade to go with the rest of the house refurb, minimally a new drain.
All in all, I would definitely stay here again.
