Welcome to Arts and Vines, a delightful two-level bungalow that marries the love of art and nature to create an exquisite oasis among the trees in this unique luxury rental. With three bedrooms and two and a half baths, this home has a private pool, hot tub, and a rooftop deck with views of the intercoastal waterway. Longboat Key Pier and the Gulf of Mexico beaches are less than a mile away. This home is perfect for water and art loving guests!

Make your way past the stone archway to the front of the home and enter through the French doors to find yourself amid a riot of color. Art fills the foyer – a gallery personally curated by the owner for your pleasure. The colorful living space has plenty of seating and a large tv and opens to the modern kitchen with generous counter space, island seating, and a wet bar with a wine fridge perfect for mixing drinks! Dine indoors or step out onto the balcony, enjoy your meals in the open air, and venture onto the rooftop deck.

The primary bedroom is a bright, airy retreat with balcony access, luscious tropical views, and a spa-inspired ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a whimsical tropical fish theme that guests will find enchanting. The third bedroom will delight younger guests or singles and has plenty of space for recreation. Additionally, the living room has a sleeper sofa. The second and the half bath each have hall access for versatility.

This home features a foosball table to ignite guests' competitive sides and a hot tub and pool surrounded by a gorgeous contrast of unique fresh landscaping and vine-covered Oak trees to make you feel like you're in a tropical jungle. Complete your fun-filled days with a relaxing evening on the rooftop deck; here, you can relax under the pergola or catch some sun from a lounger in the hushed atmosphere of the trees. Look out through the canopy, and you'll see the water of the Intracoastal Waterway.

Positioned at the north end of Longboat Key, many iconic destinations are within a 15-minute walk, including Whitney Beach and restaurants Mar Vista and Shore, among others. A short drive across the bridge brings you to Bridge Street on the south end of Anna Maria Island, home to shops, bars, and restaurants. Also close is the famous St. Armands Circle, where you'll find world-class shopping, fabulous restaurants, and Lido Key Beach.

*Please note: 5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. The 3-bay garage is not available for guest use. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by Anna Maria Island Accommodations.* Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
