We had an amazing stay , our family felt right at home , The beach across the street was beautiful and they provided chairs and umbrellas and a beach cart that we use multiple times , our kids LOVED the pool and there was a lot to do in the area specially restaurants .
We ordered multiple times on door dash and delivery was always smooth and availability was great.
We enjoyed the sunset every day .
The kitchen was fully equipped .
We love our stay!!!

11 of us headed down to Anne Marie island and got to stay at this great house. Really awesome location right across the street of Cortez beach. House has all the amenities you need for a good time. Lots to do in the area. Walk to several tiki bars and good restaurants. Rent a golf cart for the week thats all you need to get around. We hung out at the beach. In the evenings we hung out in the pool, cooked at the house, played cards and just enjoyed our time together.

Very disappointed that the “hot tub” and the pool were cold. We had two people with health issues. One a teen with a broken hip. Called to request use of the elevator for those two only. No response from the owner.

The location of this house is amazing. Short walk across street to beach and only a couple blocks from Bridge Street shops and restaurants. The pool area is shaded so it was nice to retreat to the pool when we had our fill of sun at the beach. There were a few things that weren’t working well - the hot tub did not warm up much past pool temp & we were not able to use the elevator in the house - which would’ve been nice for hauling luggage upstairs.The rental company was attentive to our needs & did attempt to fix things that weren’t working 100%. Overall - the home is amazing & we would definitely stay there again If we return to Bradenton Beach!

The house was very clean and big! There were 17 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The management company was quick to respond and take care of everything. The location was absolutely amazing. The beach was just steps away and it was nice to enjoy the private pool.

Steps from the beach, the home is amazing. Everyone had a private king size bed and restroom for privacy. Roku in every room. The kitchen was amazing and the extra fridge in the garage was clutch to hold extra drinks and food. The pool was lovely and was surprisingly comfortable temp for being completely shaded. We had grandparents, parents, teens, and one child. It was perfect for all.

The location was perfect and accommodated 4 families and 13 guests very comfortably! We were able to walk across the street that had a marked crosswalk and be on the beach within a few minutes from the house. The house has beach chairs and a beach wagon to take your items with for a day on the beach. The location is also within walking distance to Bridge Street, with small quaint shops, and the Bridge Street Pier. We would stay at the house again.

The house was a great spot for our four families with little ones. The kitchen was fully stocked and tons of beach accessories to keep everyone occupied. We had the best time and felt added comfort with all of the safety mechanisms the owners invested in for the pool. Amazing location just steps to the beach, restaurants, and bars.

The house was lovely and in a good location for our short stay. It would be really nice if they provided a few more “essentials”. Extra paper towels, Kleenex, a small laundry detergent, salt and pepper, etc. And there was only 1 dish towel. Appreciated the dishwasher detergent and soap in kitchen. Minor things I know, but we have stayed at lots of VRBS.s and for the price it would be nice to add a few extra provisions. I know the hurricane caused some “mess”….. we requested the pool and deck be cleaned. We had to do it ourselves. Again, lovely home…. Just suggestions for an extra touch of excellence in your VRBO. My family and I had a great time staying at this AMI home. The location was a perfect fit for us because it was close to the beach and everything was walkable. The welcome packet was a great help and the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and kitchenware. The pool area and grill were well maintained and thoroughly enjoyed. Although we didn't use them, it was appreciated that there were beach chairs and beach wagon available for use. We loved the access to the dock as we brought our jet skiis and that was very convenient to have available to use. The home had enough space for my family and me (11 people).

Our stay here was great. Property is beautiful- very spacious & the location was perfect- so close to the beach & boat ramps. Pool was awesome too.
Please note there was no shampoo, body soap, napkins/ paper towels, laundry detergent, extra trash bags or salt & pepper. So pls keep that in mind. Other than that, everything was great!

This Property was so amazing! The house was spectacular with amazing decor to great layout! We had a group of 7 ladies and was so nice to have our own bedroom and bathroom. The hot tub and pool was wonderful to relax after a day on the beach. The property is located conveniently next to the beach and to restaurants and shops! You will love it!

The property could not have been better. The access to the beautiful beach was literally steps away from the property and everything we needed was pretty much within walking distance in a beautiful area. The pool was great as our grandchildren and parents, along with ourselves used it everyday! We wish we could have spent another week. The kitchen was super, and provided enough room to comfortably feed 14 of us. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

Our family had a wonderful time at Aqua Paradise. We had 7 adults and 11 children. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils to prepare meals. The location was fabulous! We stayed at this house with eight adults and eight kids. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was perfect. We loved how close it was to the beach and Bridge Street, and the covered pool was great to keep the kiddos out of the sun for a while.

Girls trip with nine women, and a wonderful time at this beautiful home. AMI Concierge was very helpful in helping us with private chef arrangements and helping us rent a golf cart for eight. Very cool rooftop deck and pool and jacuzzi. So close to the beach it’s nuts! Overall a wonderful experience for all of us. One slight warning to other guests- There are very little, if any, supplies for a house of this size and cost. We got there and there was no pepper, salt, cooking spray, single coffee filter or anything. There was one roll of paper towels. Additionally, each bathroom will have individually wrapped slivers of soap. Your large group renting this large home will need to go shopping immediately for literally basically any staple items. Well I appreciate Covid as a reason for many lessors not to provide amenities that could be repeatedly touched, there are some basic kitchen and bathroom amenities that can be provided in small packaging or packets at minimal cost that are not an infection risk- like a coffee filter.

Our stay at aqua paradise exceeded our expectations. Beautiful and clean home that made us feel safe with all going on. The fact every room had its own bathroom was wonderful as every couple had there privacy. The outdoor area is perfect you have all you need there. It is a two minute walk from the beach across and 2 minutes to your right you have places to eat small shops and the clock tower. We would love to visit again ! New property, fully equipped with all you may need for a great beach vacation. Incredible location with only a few steps away from the beach. Property Manager was attentive. The only reason we did not give them 5 stars for communications is due to the fact that we encountered a major public construction work (sewer pipe replacement) on our arrival. This construction limited our capacity to leave with our vehicles and return to the property whenever we desired, and we had to use beach public parking. We would have appreciated being notified of this issue by either the owner or property manager prior to our arrival.

My family had the best vacation at this home. It is brand new and beautifully decorated. The views are absolutely stunning and it was just a quick walk over to the beach! Location could not be more perfect! The pool was great and the kids had a blast hanging here as well. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, the beds were so comfortable, and it even had beach chairs and a beach cart for us to use. We will definitely be back again, hopefully soon!
