The Gulf of Mexico is calling your name and this home is conveniently just a quick walk from Bean Point Beach and Bayfront Park! Escape to your backyard oasis, the newly renovated heated pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and is perfectly landscaped to show off Florida’s tropical plants.

Anna Maria Chateau is a three-level vacation rental home that features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main floor’s kitchen and living space is illuminated by the natural sunlight that comes through the wall-to-wall windows. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to make your inner chef shine, the stainless-steel appliances, and granite countertops make meal prep a breeze. After enjoying a casual snack at the kitchen breakfast bar, head out onto the private deck to sip your coffee and feel the island breeze. The formal dining room table can seat up to six people and while you are eating you will be able to look outside at the lush island landscaping. The living space has a flat screen tv, incredibly cozy couches, and two armchairs for all your guests to find the perfect spot for a movie night.

The primary bedroom has natural sunlight that brightens up the room, luxurious bedding, and access to a private balcony. The primary ensuite has ample counter space for all your vacation essentials, a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom makes you want to flop right into bed and listen to the palm trees sway, and the ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests and is sure to provide a relaxing night''s sleep.

Escape to your backyard oasis, which has lush landscaping plants and the inviting heated pool. The covered patio area allows guests to sit back and relax at the island bar or gather around the flat screen tv for a breezy movie night. If you and your guests are overflowing with island energy, the foosball table, bocce ball set, and ping pong table are sure to start some friendly competition. Anna Maria Chateau is situated just a few minutes walk from the famous Bean Point Beach, surrounded by locals’ favorite restaurants, and has an endless number of activities for everyone to enjoy.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
