When you and your family arrive, plug in your electric car with the provided Tesla Charger, and know you’re vacationing responsibly with a zero-energy smart home designed with comfort in mind. The main floor welcomes guests to kick their shoes off and enter the open living space with an inviting seating area with a large TV. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and island seating for guests to share snacks or play card games. Enjoy a meal together at the formal dining table with room for everyone on its chic chairs and bench seating.

The modern primary bedroom has lovely beachy touches, an ensuite bathroom with a sizeable walk-in shower, double vanity, and plenty of space for getting ready for fun-filled days ahead. Guests can rest easy in the cozy second bedroom with a plush bed and a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The third bedroom is a younger kid's paradise with a fun nautical theme and shares access to the Jack-n-Jill bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa to provide a great night's sleep for each guest or an extra spot for a sleepover for the young ones.
