Welcome to A Coastal Paradise, a beautiful holiday home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms nestled in a quiet neighborhood of West Bradenton with a large fenced in backyard. Newly remodeled with a spacious and bright great room, fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a game area, and a private large heated pool with loungers. The location is fantastic, as it’s close by to many popular shops, Lecom Park, Village of the Arts, IMG Academy, breweries, and waterfront dining along the Bradenton Riverwalk. Follow Manatee Ave West and you will find yourself dipping your toes into the award-winning turquoise Gulf Beaches of Anna Maria Island. Soak up the legendary, golden sunsets, dine under the stars at a local restaurant, and take in the miles of coastline. Your Florida staycation adventure starts here!

Once you park in your private driveway that’s set within a large lot with swaying palms, you’ll instantly feel the serenity inside from the custom designed rooms with coastal hues, upscale furnishings, and modern decor. Kick back and unwind in the living room where you can watch your favorite shows on the flat screen tv from the plush sofa that also unfolds into a queen sleeper. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream that has state of the art appliances, ambient lighting above the kitchen island that offers additional seating, and plenty of quartz counter space to prepare an intimate meal for those nights spent at home. A gorgeous, rustic farmhouse dining table can accommodate all of your guests at meal time just off from the kitchen area.

The home comes well-appointed with three bedrooms that are designed with premium comfort in mind. Sink into the cozy beds dressed with luxury linens, flat panel televisions, and extra storage space for your beach bags. The primary bedroom is styled with a king bed, a spa inspired ensuite bathroom with upgraded features, and is sure to leave you feeling refreshed after returning from a sun-drenched day on the coast. Your guest suites offer a queen bed in one bedroom and a twin over full bunk in the last bedroom. Your second bathroom can be accessed from the hallway.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - with a large fenced in backyard. There will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
