What an amazing first trip to Anna Maria Island. We’ve been to quite a few places in Florida over the years, but this little hidden gem completely stole our hearts. From the second we walked in, this house felt like the perfect beach getaway. The decor gave the cutest coastal vibe and instantly put everyone in vacation mode.The pool absolutely deserves its own paragraph because it was basically the main character of this trip. It got used nonstop all week long. Between relaxing floats, pool basketball tournaments and watching our 8 month old little munchkin splash around with the kids floats, so many of our favorite memories happened right there. The pool alarm definitely startled us a few times at first but honestly we ended up appreciating the extra safety feature especially with a baby around. Future toddler parents will definitely thank you.One of the biggest surprises was how comfortable everything was. The large beds were such a luxury because nobody had to fight for space or end up stuck on a tiny twin bed. The house was incredibly well stocked too. Plenty of blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies, appliances, and everything we needed to actually cook meals at home instead of eating out constantly. We especially loved having the grill for family dinners after long beach days.The location could not have been better. Close to the beach and shops! We made so many special memories! We were able to relax and spend quality time together! Hope to return soon!!

The house was amazing!! We have two boys, so they loved the backyard. Kept them constantly busy with putt-putt and the pool. My parents stayed upstairs and we stayed on the main with the boys. Everyone had a place and plenty of room.

Pull the trigger on renting this home! My wife and I have been to so many beach houses and this was BY FAR our favorite. Okay for the run down: multiple spots for parking, you walk in and there's a great sitting area where I dominated my wife in scrabble. Move into the living room and there's an amazing TV and couch for nights and early mornings. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need for a home cooked meal. Fridge with filtered water. People, these beds were so darn comfortable I had to be dragged out of it because I thought I went to heaven. The master bedroom is upstairs with a private 2nd floor deck with gorgeous views. If THOSE views aren't good enough, they even have a rooftop sitting area. I mean cmon man!!!! Slide out back to your private oasis where my wife schooled me in pool horse on the basketball hoop and soaked in the jets at night to revive our backs from carrying around our daughter all day. 2 min walk to the beach, 2 min walk to shops on pine st like North Shore Cafe (get the avocado toast and protein shake), pizza social (dough balls are to die for) and so much more. CONVENIENCE WHILST LIVING IN LUXURY. SIGN ME UP FOREVER!

The property was excellent, very spacious and well equipped, the pool is also very convenient.
Is walking distance from the beach as well as to restaurants and shops in the area.
We enjoyed very much our stayed there. We highly recommend it.

My boyfriend and Ioved our time at A Charming Beach Cottage on Elm!! Our extended stay was perfect. The cottage had every thing we needed from kitchen utensils, to a hot tub that heated up very quickly! The location is perfect, only a few houses to the beach and Pine avenue for shopping! We will be returning and suggesting to our friends!!

I rented this house for myself and 7 friends to have a little weekend away. We 100% would stay again! The proximity to the beach and restaurants is perfection and the owners were easy to talk to and very nice. When we walked in we were thankful the house was very clean and the outdoor shower where we could wash our feet helped us to leave it clean.

Nice and clean and shockingly spacious! We loved the charm and decor in this renovated property. Plenty of room for 4 cars to park. Short walk to beach and the pool area at the home was relaxing and lovely.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this gorgeous lighthouse coastal home! Our extended family and us loved every minute. The home comes with everything you need (even beach essentials!) and is only one block from the cute Main Street (pine) and 2 blocks from the beach. We would love to revisit again!

Thank you for hosting us; we absolutely loved staying here!! It’s an incredible and beautiful home located near everything we wanted to do on Anna Maria Island - the beach, shopping, dining, sightseeing and enjoying the island lifestyle. The home has a very private pool and spa where we spent most of our time, a rooftop deck for watching the sunsets, and a perfectly decorated and charmingly comfortable interior. We didn’t want to leave! Looking forward to returning next year, my family is already counting down to our next stay. Highly recommend!

The home is in the BEST location. It’s a very very convenient walk to the most beautiful beach. It’s also around the corner from food and shopping, but the street it’s on is very quiet. The back yard has lots of things to do besides swim including putt-putt and corn hole. The pool is nice as well. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and not worn. There is construction going on next door which you can hear from 2 of the bedrooms, but they didn’t do construction on Saturday or Sunday. There’s construction going on all over the island, so I think it would be hard to get away from. Wasn’t a huge problem. If the property company would spend an extra $20 to supply appropriate amount and decent quality paper goods (toilet paper/paper towels) and enough trash bags, I would have zero complaints. Highly recommend!
