Lovely Home
We had the most incredible stay this past week. This home truly lives up to its name - it's a charming oasis just a block away from the beach. The location is truly unbeatable. The house itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with a recently renovated kitchen. The attention to detail throughout the home is impeccable, and the modern furnishings added a touch of luxury to our stay. The backyard pool and spa were a highlight for us - perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. We also loved the rooftop deck, which offered stunning views of the night sky. The bedrooms were all beautifully appointed, and we appreciated the comfortable beds and luxury linens. The layout of the house was perfect for our group, and we enjoyed spending time together in the open, inviting great room. The proximity to Pine Ave's shopping district and local eateries was an added bonus - we loved exploring the area and trying out the delicious seafood!

Perfect
A Charming Beach Cottage on Elm is simply perfect. Me and my family came down for a pre-Christmas trip and we were blown away by our stay. The house was so cute and cozy, and if you like cooking as much as we do, you'll find that the kitchen is a dream. The backyard is amazing! The pool was so great and the owner provides so much to keep little ones busy. My husband and I got the top floor suite, and it felt so special. It provided the perfect amount of privacy and we enjoyed walking up to see the waves from the lighthouse lookout. If you are looking for a perfect AMI vacation, look no further than this property.

Home Away From Home
My family and I had a wonderful stay at A Charming Beach Cottage on Elm. The Cottage was homey, spacious, and had all the home necessities and gadgets you could need or want for your stay. With a large size pool and hot tub it fit our family of 8 comfortably, & can’t forget the putting green in the back - the guys especially enjoyed that. The cherry on top for this cottage is the short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops (comfortably staying this as I was lugging around a toddler, as well). Before I wrap up this review, this home also, has amazing security to ensure your family and especially the little ones safety. This Charming Cottage checked all of our boxes and some. We can’t wait to come back again.

Charming says it all!
This house has such amazing charm! It was an old cottage style home that has been tastefully updated in the areas where it counts, but still has so much of that old Anna Maria Charm! I loved the "lighthouse" observation deck on the top of the house. You have a wonderful view of the Gulf from upstairs. The spiral staircase brings the whole "lighthouse theme" together! We truly enjoyed our stay, and couldn't imagine our vacation any other way!

Perfect vacation home!

Thank you for hosting us; we absolutely loved staying here!! It’s an incredible and beautiful home located near everything we wanted to do on Anna Maria Island - the beach, shopping, dining, sightseeing and enjoying the island lifestyle. The home has a very private pool and spa where we spent most of our time, a rooftop deck for watching the sunsets, and a perfectly decorated and charmingly comfortable interior. We didn’t want to leave! Looking forward to returning next year, my family is already counting down to our next stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, Charming Cottage on Elm
Beautiful cottage on Elm was an amazing experience. This home is charming with a coastal feel and has plenty of space for a family of 6 (you could comfortably fit 8, possibly 10). You feel like you are on vacation as soon as you walk thru the front door. We had all of the comforts of home. The primary suite is private with its own outdoor porch and a spiral staircase that leads to a rooftop getaway! The outdoor space is set up just the way a family would want… pool with games, jacuzzi along with a putting green and more. Best part…you are a 30 second walk to the most beautiful beaches!!! Our family loves that once you arrive, you park your car and leave it there. Everything is within walking distance - shops, restaurants, city pier, etc… Can’t way to come back!!!

Simply the best
A Charming Beach Cottage on Elm could not have been more perfect. We fell in love with the north end of AMI years ago and have finally found a home that embodies all the best it has to offer. From the conveniently short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, to the beautiful and private lookout right off the master bedroom, we truly felt it was heaven. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and bake. Many nights were spent hanging out in the beautiful backyard enjoying the large pool, and inside in the home-y living room for movie marathons. We will be back!

Beautiful and Great Location
Beautiful week renting A Charming Beach Cottage on Elm! The house had all the extras to feel like home. We enjoyed morning on the large family room couch and cooking in the gorgeous kitchen. It was our daughter's spring break, and the homeowner went above and beyond to make their time special. When we weren't soaking up the sun at the beach, we relaxed around the beautiful pool, playing putt putt and corn hole. It was located in a convenient location for all of us to walk along Pine Ave to do some shopping and get a bite to eat. We will keep this place in mind for our next visit.

Delightful stay
We had a most delightful stay at 207 Elm Avenue, Anna Maria, and we cannot wait to come back again. It is a 1-minute walk to the beach on a road with little traffic. Running to the shore at the last minute to see the sunset’s new show every night was one of our delights. The house is spotless and pleasantly decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked for anything you want to cook. The upstairs bedroom and bath are private for adults, with a lovely view from the upstairs deck. We look forward to again having our morning coffee on the deck. Elm Avenue is a quiet street, although close enough to the restaurants and shops on Pine Street to walk easily. We are counting the days until we can return to the tropical heaven at this Charming Beach Cottage.

Best Beach Get Away

What a wonderful place
A Charming Beach Cottage on Elm is a wonderful place, we highly recommend it! It has everything you need to have a great vacation. You HAVE to go to Pizza Social for a delicious lunch/dinner, and then Ginny and Janes for a wonderful breakfast. Loved the short walk to the beach with the beach chairs and beach cart provided. This home is so cute.

Cottage on Elm
Wow! We loved our stay at A Charming Beach Cottage on Elm. Location. Location. Location. We were able to walk to anything we needed - restaurants, beach, bay, shopping…. A must try is The Donut Experiment. Delicious. The house was clean and had everything you might need. The house is great for chilling after a day a the beach. Comfy bedding. Perfect sized kitchen with large dining table. Huge couch and tv in living room. Open the dining room door to your own personal oasis. Pool and spa were absolutely beautiful. Our host was spot on with communication. I would not hesitate to stay here again. You will not be disappointed with this choice.

best time ever
We had the most perfect vacation ever and we give most thanks to this property. It was such an awesome find and we are thankful to have stayed here. We loved the privacy of the top floor master bedroom and the views were incredible. We got to walk to so many restaurants and we shopped til we dropped. We loved being so close to the beach. Can't say enough about this house!
