Sunrise Shore

Pro’s location, location and 5 br clean nice appliances in kitchen as we like to cook. Con’s. Family room not equipped for 10 only seating for 5-6 and smaller than expected kitchen table had more room for seats but only 6 chairs 4 bar stools. The alarms were annoying but we had some little ones so we could understand necessity. It would be nice if some basic pool/ beach supplies for kids rafts, noodles, sand toys most houses have some but this house has no storage. So what we bought we gave away. I would suggest a few beds upstairs may need new mattresses as uncomfortable. There is limited dressers in bedrooms but there is closet space in the few rooms I checked out. Not sure if I would stay here again maybe ladies trip 5 adults would be fine but 5 adults 5 children I may look for bigger living room especially tight at night and if bad weather to be outside.

The house is well located two blocks from the beach. Which was nice. Our biggest surprise was the DOOR ALARMS. Want to cortisol to spike everytime you forget to press the button to enter or exit any exterior door? Was chaotic and unpleasant. The pictures of the house make it seam like it’s a full private house but really the house is divided in two. It’s a duplex not a full house. Pool is pretty small in in the front of the house. The fence in the front is short so technically people from the street and see inside. Not a lot of privacy.
Some positives are the house is clean, the beach is two blocks away, coffee shop is one block away. Also some good food places in walking distance. It was good but could of been slightly better. Make sure to read all the fine print before booking

Great location. Close walking distance to food, beach and shopping. Large dine in kitchen. Cute backyard with canal view. Comfy seating. Great quantity of linens. Bathrooms are tiny for a 5 bedroom house. 3 mirrors only. Hard to get ready with a house full of women. Blinds to the doors did not work so we couldn’t raise them or open them. Made the house dark. The outdoor lights did not work and the pool in the front yard. Hard to see at night with pool chairs and no lights.

The pictures that were advertised for the unit is very deceiving. You do not get the whole house. Although it was plenty of room for my party at five, the photo leads you to believe you’re getting the entire house that’s in the photos of the exterior.

We stayed with our family of 9 kids/fiancé's ages ranging from 23-27. The location cannot get any better. You are close to everything but at the North end so it feels less busy. The space was great for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked and appliances seemed brand new. We spent days at the beach then pool and every evening enjoying the backyard. Everyone fished in the canal, only caught a crab, but it was a great way to end the nights. We arranged for a fishing charter which was extremely successful. Our kids cooked up over 15 lbs of filets on the grill which was a highlight of the trip. Would not hesitate to go back.

Clean, cozy and comfortable, convenient to beaches, bay and shopping! Family especially loved the pool and King sized beds and TV’s in 4 of the rooms! We avoided using the lovely, canal front, sitting area in the back due to safety concerns for our young grandchildren, but we appreciated the door alarms, and it made a scenic view from the living area and would be an esp wonderful spot for an adult gathering/bbq. 8 adults and 3 young children stayed comfortably with plenty of space for all. This was our first vacation to Anna Maria Island and had a fantastic week at Sunrise Shore. We stayed with 3 families with teenage kids. The property listing is very accurate. We were not planning to cook very much so we weren’t looking for a chef’s kitchen. It’s nothing fancy, but clean and had everything we needed. The main reason we chose it was for the location which is incredible. We thought it was the best location on the island. It’s literally a block from the most perfect sugar sand beach with incredible sunsets. It was also a block from Pine street where all the shops and restaurants are. We could easily walk to most meals and ice cream. We had a big group so each night we would decide where we wanted to eat dinner, put in our name and then walk back when the table was ready. It was such a casual and relaxing week. At one point we got low on propane for the grill and fire table and someone replaced it within the hour. AMI local was very responsive.

We loved our stay at AMI! The house was beautiful and very well kept. We read in the reviews that the house didn’t have much to cook with, that’s incorrect. The kitchen was fully stocked for our group. The pool is small but amazing and the location was perfect. The beach is 5 min walk from the house and Pine Street. We will be staying here again in the next 6 months.

Awesome house! walking Distance to beach, coffee & breakfast and great lunch and dinner spots. All rooms but 1 have a king beds which is great for couples. Pool at the entrance of the house is also super convenient for post-beach dips. Only inconvenience is the alarms, they’re attached to all doors and go off VERY LOUDLY if you don’t hit bypass button EACH time you open one. You also can’t leave door open for more than a minute which made going in and out stressful.

Bedrooms were large and spacious! The walk to the beach was short and easy. Once getting out to the beach it wasn’t overly crowded. The pool was nice! We really enjoyed having the tiki umbrella for easy access to the shade.

The location of this house is perfect! It was clean inside and out. Totally central to the beach, shopping, and the pier. The house is spacious with plenty of room for a large group. The island has an amazing laidback vibe with the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. We enjoyed every moment. The AMI staff was very friendly and professional. The only downside is that there were not many household amenities that are needed for large groups. They only provided one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, and 2 dishwasher pods for 13 people for one week! The kitchen had NOTHING other than dishes and utensils. Bring your own salt and pepper, coffee filters, foil, baggies, etc. because the island prices are expensive! They also had no games or extra blankets. I would have packed these things had I known.

The house was clean and had all the basics that we needed. Plenty of towels/beach towels. We loved the wine fridge in the kitchen for extra storage of drinks. Kitchen had all the basics. The back yard was so nice later in the day to get some shade. There are 4 Adirondack chairs and a tiki bar with stools, which weren’t in the pictures when we booked it so it was a nice surprise! The house is on a quiet street and it’s about a block walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful! Check in was super easy and you can text the property manager and they were very quick to respond. Can’t wait to return!

We rented this home for our wedding this week. Our entire family loved it, there was plenty of room, very clean, very close proximity to the beach. It couldn’t have been any better. Everyone loved the pool. The outdoor shower was very handy after visiting the beach. The home came with beach chairs, a wagon, beach umbrellas and beach towels. We would definitely stay here again.
