Speaking of the Beach, that's another great feature of this home. First, you're less than 1 Block (2 min walk) from it, and Second, you have stunning Gulf and Bay (intercoastal waterway) views from the home, especially the roof top deck area. Watch the sunset from your own home, or walk 2 minutes to the beach for the full experience. The location couldn't be better, and you'll find that you're able to easily ride your bike, hop on the free AMI Trolley or Monkey Bus, and get anywhere you need to go quickly and easily.

With the the main level balcony located off of the living room, and immediate access to the roof top deck, you'll love this room.
