Livin' the Salt Life! This stunning bayfront home is nestled on the southern end of Anna Maria Island with beach access only a few steps away.
During your stay, you’ll enjoy beautiful coastal décor and spacious accommodations with the home's 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. On the main living level, you find a spacious open floor plan with water views to die for - the kitchen, dining, and great room all in one. The large Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, upgraded cabinets, hooded gas stove, and a dishwasher. The dining table has incredible Bay views and seats 8, with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island. The family room is cozy and fun, with comfy couches and armchairs, and a flat-screen HD TV to kick back and enjoy movie time with the whole group!
This home features two bedrooms on the main level - both equipped with King beds and private en-suite bathrooms. On the upper level, you will find the Master Suite with King bed, balcony access with water views, a huge and gorgeous en-suite bath with large walk-in shower, free-standing tub, and double sinks. Also on this level are two additional bedrooms - one featuring a King bed with en-suite bath, and the other with bunk beds and en-suite bath. Lastly on the upper level, there is a bonus family room with a sectional sofa and wet bar area that offers stunning views of the bay and access to the Rooftop Deck. There are two sets of washers and dryers in the home and an elevator - making it very convenient to transport luggage, groceries, and souvenirs.
The outdoor living spaces are equally impressive. Salt Life is located directly on the Intercoastal Waterway, with a private dock for fishin' or dolphin and manatee watching. There is also a state-of-the-art SwimSpa! This means you can use it as a pool, spa, or exercise pool with the jets. With lounge chairs for sunning, an outdoor dining table, comfy couch for relaxing, and a bar for entertaining you have the best of everything to fully enjoy your Island Vacation! The Gulf of Mexico beach is a short 5-minute walk away at the most.
When you come to stay and play on Anna Maria it’s all about living the Island Lifestyle, and that is exactly what this house will let you do. Grab the provided beach towels and beach chairs and walk down the street to the beach. Rent a bike to explore the island’s many hidden gems and watering holes, or spend a leisurely afternoon shopping on Pine Street. There is so much to see and do when you vacation on Anna Maria Island, you’ll want to return time and time again!
