Welcome to Rod N Reel, an absolutely stunning four bedroom, three bath ground-level vacation home. The backyard features a private dock, pool, hot tub, and covered outdoor patio. This home has everything you need and is near Bean Point Beach and Bayfront Park, perfect for enjoying the Florida sun. Drop kayaks and paddleboard from the dock, grab a seat, and wave to the boats going by.

When you walk in the front door, you enter the large great room featuring the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, getting the family together, and having a blast on vacation. Beautiful flooring, gorgeous trim carpentry and finishes, and a spectacular kitchen will make any level chef happy.

The primary bedroom is located on the left side of the home, and it is set aside from the other bedrooms and living area. The primary bedroom features a King bed, doors leading to the pool, covered patio space with amazing views from your bed, and a large ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower. You'll find the remaining three bedrooms on the home's opposite side. The first of these bedrooms features a King bed decorated with shark teeth and nautical décor for a fun way to "sink your teeth" into your trip! The second bedroom features a Queen bed with beautiful beachy décor. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a beautiful vanity and tile walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom features waterfront views, exterior access to the pool, and a Full over Full Bunk Bed. This room also has a bathroom just outside the interior entrance to the room, and that bathroom also has exterior access and doubles as the pool bath.

As you walk through the home or look at the pictures here, you'll notice the stunning views through almost all of the windows and doors! There are waterfront views from almost every room in the house, and they do not disappoint. Sunset is almost as amazing here as it is on the beach, grab a chair, sit by the pool, BBQ, and watch the sunset without leaving your home.

Explore the world-famous beaches that are just a quick walk or bike ride away and two blocks away is Bayfront Park which sits on Tampa Bay and it provides a beach, a playground for the kids, and amazing views of Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway. You can walk from this area, along the beach, all the way to the North End (Bean Point) of Anna Maria, where Tampa Bay meets the Gulf. There really is not a prettier way to get to the Gulf, and you'll absolutely love this amazing walk. Or, walk the half block over to Pine Avenue and then head West about two blocks, and you'll be at the Pine Avenue Beach Access in just a few short minutes There is so much to do and so much to see!

This property does not allow pets.

*Please note, boats are not permitted to tie up to the dock. This house does not allow usage of the boat lift.

*Please note the garage at the home is not accessible for guests.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
