Mojito Splash

Thanks so much to AMI Locals and Ty our guest service rep for being such great hosts to our family. We loved Mojito Splash. Photos on listing truly represented the home. Pool was clean and refreshing after a beach day. Location was excellent. Short walk to beach and trolley stop. Definitely 10/10.

Nothing makes us happier than hearing a family had such a memorable time on the island, Karen. We stayed in this house with 9 of our extended (mother, daughter and son with spouses and older kids) family. The location was very nice and we enjoyed the location and home. The house was well equipped. Pool and hot tub area was very nice. House is a short two and a partial blocks to the beach. Shops and restaurants were within a longer walking distance. If traveling with older adults or young children, you will want a car or golf cart to get to shops and restaurants but were still very close. This was our first trip to AMI and we loved it.

Beautiful house and pool area. Only improvement would be the ceiling fans. The one in the den had dust hanging on the blades and the one by the pool didn’t work (or at least we couldn’t figure it out). Otherwise it was wonderful!

The house was spacious and a great location! It was a close walk to the beach and a close drive to go to either the north or south ends of the island. A little bummed that the game room stuff did not exist and the pool/outdoor area was not as functional as the online pictures appeared. Overall it was great for our large group and due to the perfect location, I would go back.

Beautiful house with an amazing private pool! Beach was a short walk away, we rented golf carts but not necessary at AMI, will not rent carts in the future. The house was by far the cleanest house we have ever rented. Absolutely beautiful and we will be back!

Our family came and went for most of our stay and they loved the pool,hot tub, ping pong table etc. plenty of comfy beds. Just wish there were more essentials to staying for 2 weeks like a swiffer and some cleaning supplies

We originally had 8 adults, and ended up with 10. The space was great for 10, and the house was stocked with everything we needed to start a great week on the island. The house was clean, and the pool area was great for family gatherings.

The property was clean. Much better than most vacation rentals in busy season. The layout of the house was perfect for our age group. Would not recommend to people who may have issues with stairs because there is no way around steps. It would have been nice to have some inside entrance rugs but understand since it is a pet friendly home. All in all, the home was well stocked for cooking, lots of linens were left for our use such as pool towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and cloth bath rugs. There as beach chairs- 5 total and a fold up beach wagon for our use. These items appeared new and well kept. Thank you for a great stay!!

Hermosa casa con Muy buena ubicación, casa muy bien equipada. Todos los dormitorios cuentan con tv.
Muy cómodo, limpio y muy cerca de la playa.
Llevar repelente de mosquitos ya que en la
Zona de la pileta y jacuzzi hay muchos.

The house is spacious and very comfortable. The yard is great for gathering and has a very private feel although in close proximity to neighbors. Very short walk to beach access. Also lots of places to eat and rent all kinds of equipment nearby.

The location was an easy 2 block walk to the Beach and has a fantastic outside gathering area around the pool. The home was roomy and easily accommodated our group of 8. Nice Property and neighborhood!

Mojita Splash was a beautiful home and exceeded our expectations. Our family of 7 had plenty of room to spread out, and we enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. Great place - real nice pool area/tiki bar in the back. Walking distance to beach - but if you have little kids bring a little wagon or something cause it's a couple longer blocks. Lots of beds, towels, and kitchen supplies available. Enjoy!

This home was perfect for us! We had 8 adults, and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well-appointed, there was seating for everyone inside and out, plenty of towels, nice decor, great neighborhood, and walking distance to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great! We had no issues and have no complaints about this home.

This house was perfect for our annual family vacation. It’s housed 8 people perfectly. Spacious kitchen and plenty of seating. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. My family spent many nights playing ping pong! The only things that could of been better were the foliage around the pool needs to be thinned out a little. It’s very lush and green but allows zero sun in. Better instructions for the pool. It had a remote for the hot tub which was fine but the timer lights for the pool didn’t seem to be working. Also the area rug in the living room is filthy and needs to be replaced or professionally cleaned. Overall these things weren’t deal breakers. The house was great and I would stay here again.

The house was very welcoming, it was supplied with a nice package to start our vacation out right. The rooms where beautiful and comfortable. More then enough space throughout the house. The house is 3 floors and no elevator, so we got our workout in daily. Beach chairs was greatly appreciated to enjoy the beach and sunset. We will definitely rent again when we come to the area
