Beautiful home and property!
We rented this beautiful house for a family vacation this past week. I had hoped to visit several area beaches, but the house was so perfect that we only went to Holmes Beach 1 day! The pool, hot tub and outdoor space was perfect for us. It met all of our needs, was very private, quiet and had a tropical feel. The house itself looks exactly like the pictures. We were 4 adults and 2 teenagers, my father and a friend came for a few days, and we were all able to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms and space was never an issue. We had a couple of minor issues while there (the hot tub wasn’t getting hot and a large palm branch was scrapping the window in one of the bedrooms), both issues were addressed and fixed within a couple of hours. The customer service was excellent. The landscaper and the pool guy came during our stay, so the property was well taken care of. The house had everything we could need, if I had to pick anything that could be improved upon, I would say to add a small refrigerator and a half bath near the pool, because we literally never left that area. Beautiful place!
We booked "Just Beachy" as a group to all be together in one beautiful place on AMI and although we only had the pictures to go by to make our decision we were NOT disappointed! This place is beautiful! Exactly like the pictures. Very up to date and decorated nicely. We had a great time and would love to stay here again some day. Plenty of parking, the rooms are perfect, the pool is gorgeous. It was 11 adults and we had plenty of space! One recommendation would be a second fridge, maybe in the garage? There is plenty of room!
