Just steps away from the stunning beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, you can indulge in breathtaking sunsets from your exclusive rooftop deck. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool or challenge your loved ones to Ping Pong and Foosball games in the fun-filled game room.

The large and open floor plan boasts a remarkable kitchen equipped with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room, which is furnished with a table that can comfortably seat eight. Guests can unwind by watching a movie and lounging on one of the sofas, or bask in the refreshing island air on the main balcony.

Enjoy a comfortable and rejuvenating stay in any of the four bedrooms, each fully equipped with fresh linens, televisions, and vibrant decor that complements the beach atmosphere. The primary bedroom is the largest, featuring an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The three guest bedrooms are equally luxurious, each furnished with a king bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, some even have balconies. The bunk bed loft area includes two TVs, a bathroom, and a cozy sitting area with a comfortable couch, and an outdoor deck that overlooks the pool. You can also access the rooftop deck from here.

Harbor Haven offers a spacious outdoor area perfect for entertainment. It includes a large covered area, a gas grill for barbecuing, and a heated pool with a built-in tiki table and an in-ground spa. You can explore the beauty of Anna Maria by taking a ride on the free trolley that travels around the stunning 7-mile island. We are confident that you will fall in love with your stay here at Harbor Haven on Anna Maria Island!

4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
