Moms Sweet 60th in Bradenton Beach!!

Our stay in Bradenton Beach was absolutely amazing... The place was clean, functional, fun, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. We felt right at home! Our neighbors were friendly and welcoming. And Eric, our host was prompt with responses when needed. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend.

Everything about this house is spectacular! In fact, during our stay, we rarely left, even though the house is a short walk to countless restaurants and family activities.

 

The kids were talking for weeks about the bunk room. They loved having a space to themselves with an adjoining playroom. Otherwise, they could be found playing ping pong or foosball or frolicking in the pool.

 

The adults spent afternoons fishing from the dock and evenings in the pool or on the roof. We even did rooftop yoga most mornings, with a gorgeous breeze.

 

The location is perfect. You can enjoy sunrise from any of the spacious balconies and sunset from the rooftop oasis. When we wanted to eat out, we walked to Beach House (a fantastic nearby restaurant) for yet another gorgeous sunset view.

 

The house features a grill and all of the kitchen amenities you could possibly require. We cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner almost every day of our stay. Like I said, we never wanted to leave. Plus, the house features multiple dining spaces. The hardest part was deciding where on the property to eat (and leaving when our vacation was over).

 

Every detail and amenity is considered, from coolers and beach chairs for a quick jaunt to the beach to towels for every use.

 

We saw stingrays and countless fish from the dock, and we enjoyed watching the manatee and dolphins in the late afternoon from the balconies.

 

The hot tub was a fan favorite in the evenings, and the kids loved the waterfall feature in the pool.

 

I wish there were more of us, because there are picturesque views and well appointed seating areas on every level of the home. The master suite has its own sprawling balcony for enjoying sunrise with your morning coffee.

 

And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that the house was clearly diligently cleaned and sanitized. Though I would love to throw a party for all my friends and family there, I also can’t imagine a safer place to get away from the world in these strange times.

 

Oh! I almost forgot. Loading and unloading baggage was a breeze, thanks to the elevator.

 

It was the idyllic island getaway. Everything about this house is spectacular! In fact, during our stay, we rarely left, even though the house is a short walk to countless restaurants and family activities.

Fun in the sun
The house was amazing. It was great to be on the water so the kids could fish and watch the boats, including many dolphin sightings! It was a short walk to town and the beach. The house had everything, and it was fun to watch the sunset from the top level. We will definitely be back!!

This was our big summer, family vacation—we loved it—just a beautiful house, dock for our boat—great waterfront scenery! A couple of blks from the Beach! Furnished beautifully and outdoor furnishings were great!! Only recommendation—refrigerator is a bit small for a large group and the house could REALLY use an ice maker— (we bought a lot of ice)—-other than that —excellent

Perfect stay!
Our family of seven adults and a two-year-old very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We enjoyed both sun rise, and sun set from the many decks and enjoyed alfresco dinners and breakfasts on the decks. The view of the bay is lovely and in my opinion is a more appealing view than a Gulf view. We saw dolphin, stingrays, mullet, gar, starfish, etc. There was a little noise from the bridge, and the occasional boat horn noise, but generally not disruptive at all. The house had plenty of room for everyone. We really didn’t even use the lower level of the house except to pass through to the pool or to the upper floors. Four of our party had to work during our stay and there plenty of quiet places to set up a computer. The pool was perfect for our family. Not all of us went in the pool, but we all enjoyed the ambiance around the pool. The pool includes a level area that was perfect for the two year old to play with her buckets and spades. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cooking paraphernalia. We had the nearby Publix deliver necessities on our first evening, making it easy to settle into the home right away. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The Gulf beach is just a few streets away. We rented bikes for our stay and were easily able to bike to several other islands. I would definitely book this home again.

Dream List Rental
This house had everything you need and then some, it's beautiful views on the river to the sunset views on the roof to all the added features inside made this a memorable rental vacation. Will definitely look to rent again in the future.
