Welcome to Anna Maria Beach House, a breathtaking five-bedroom and six and half-bathroom vacation home that is just a quick walk from the shimmering sands and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico! This ultimate beach vacation house has a private pool that is surrounded by lush landscaping and a putting green to create countless family memories. Situated in the heart of Anna Maria, this home is near beautiful boutiques, delicious locally owned restaurants, and countless activities for you and your family.

The spacious open living area is perfect for large groups to move around comfortably and has spectacular views out the living room windows to provide a relaxing environment. Grab a seat in front of the large tv and catch up on your favorite shows and movies. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true with its ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and wine fridge! The island can seat up to five guests and the formal dining table can seat up to ten hungry people. Grab a drink out of the separate bar refrigerator, climb upstairs to the rooftop deck, and experience the famous views.

The primary bedroom is bright with natural sunlight coming in through the large doors leading to your private balcony, and the ensuite bathroom has a double vanity with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom will make guests feel at sea with its nautical theme décor and the ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms will make getting a peaceful night's rest a breeze and both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers. The fifth bedroom will make anyone feel like a sea captain and has ample space in the closet for vacation attire. Off the third-level living room, you will find the fifth bathroom that features a shower and tub combination.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
