As we are all well aware, Covid continues to be an ongoing health concern across the world. At this time it is well known that the virus effects our personal choices of whether to travel or not travel, where to go, and if you are comfortable in public places or not. AMI Locals recognizes this, and accordingly we encourage you to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policies before booking a luxury vacation rental home with us.

• Our standard AMI Locals Terms & Conditions policies will apply for all bookings.
We do offer CSA Travel Protect at an additional cost to protect your travel investment, please call and speak with one of our reservation agents to discuss coverage and details.

• We continue to utilize additional cleaning procedures and maintain our high standards of professional cleaning services, in order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests while staying with us.
