The mask Manatee County mandate has been lifted. However - many local restaurants and businesses on Anna Maria Island do still require that you wear a mask while in their establishment, so please be mindful of the posted signage and follow what they ask. Residents and visitors are still encouraged to wear a mask when not able to maintain a social distance of 6 feet, but it is not required, nor will any fines or citations will be issued. There are currently no travel bans in effect in the state of Florida, and residents of any other state may come and go as they please. Wash your hands, stay smart, and be well!

• Governor DeSantis' issued Executive Order Number 20-244 which moves Florida into Phase 3 Reopening. This order supersedes and eliminates any and all restrictions of Executive Orders 20-112, 20-123 and 20-139, as well as Executive Orders 20-192, 20-214 and 20-223.
• Governor DeSantis' Executive Order Number 20-192 which lifts travel restrictions from people traveling to Florida from New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. This is addressed in Section 2 of the order. Read the full order here.
