Welcome to Only Sunsets, a newly built home located on a canal with a private dock that can accommodate up to a 25-foot boat. This beautiful home features three cozy bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It was designed to be eco-conscious in many ways, so you can enjoy your stay in luxe comfort, knowing you are choosing to vacation sustainably. Just a short drive away are the incredible natural Gulf of Mexico beaches of Anna Maria Island and the world-renowned IMG Academy. We can't wait for you to experience it all!

Experience a perfect blend of relaxation and environmental responsibility in your new home away from home, complete with a Tesla Charger for your convenience. The inside boasts a modern kitchen with custom-made cabinets that lend a luxurious touch. It has all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils to cook your favorite dishes. You can enjoy a meal with your guests at the indoor round dining table or take it outside on the balcony's dining table, where you might spot dolphins or manatees swimming by! In your downtime, relax in the family room, which features a sectional and a large flat-screen TV.

The primary and second bedrooms feature king-sized beds and a contemporary design with a tropical twist. The custom cabinets extend into the primary ensuite and include organizers in the drawers. The ensuite bathroom has a spa-like atmosphere, a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a built-in console desk and a bunk bed, making it a useful addition for young kids or parents who need to work or study while staying. The second and third bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Downstairs, you'll find the home's washer and dryer and a half bathroom with adorable flamingo wallpaper, lending a colorful touch to the interior design.

The downstairs patio and third-floor balcony offer a lovely outdoor setting to observe passing boats. You can compete in outdoor games like cornhole and cook up a storm on our electric grill which was chosen as an environmentally kinder alternative to the typical propane grill offered in most vacation homes.

Hunter's Point is a unique and brand-new community with eighty-six single-family luxury homes designed to live in harmony with the environment without sacrificing comfort, each self-generating enough power to run itself. Currently, many new homes are under active construction throughout the community.

2 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
There are No pets allowed in this home.
